When I reached the hotel (at 11.40pm) came to know that hotel is already sold out and receptionist is making an excuse of system glitch . Due to this he denied that my booking is valid. I show him the booking voucher After waiting for almost half an hour, he took me to the common hall and told me that considering late night time, you can stay here. As no option was available, I stayed in the hall. Worst experience with Sayaji Brand.

Room was very nice and have all comforts, Welcome was very warm and supportive, polite staff. Dinner and breakfast fast was tasty. In breakfast served as per choice and freshly prepared. Suggestion: Bed mattress needs to be replaced with Orthopedic mattress as spring mattress not comfortable.

I had booked an executive room for 3 guests. Paid 9912 inclusive of taxes. The room given to me was a small room with only one double bed. When contacted the manager he said sorry there are no more rooms available to accommodate me. So i will have to manage with extra mattress on the floor. I felt cheated as i had booked a room for 3 adults. I expected a certain size of room. Otherwise i would have booked a room for 2 adults with one extra bed. It was almost 12 in the midnight and i had to adjust as i had no choice. Next time pols ensure u have clear instruction on the booking details
