The condition of unit is really bad. Sofa is dirty, bed is not up to the mark and bathroom looks like those old apartment rusted fittings with no proper flow of water, jet spray is almost useless so washing after your morning ritual would be terrible. The building looks old and lifts are sometime broken so you will have to wait for long to come up or down. Let alone the building condition, (its not in the hand of owner, i think at least the unit should be in a good condition. Doors are shaky, btw you can't lock your bathroom door so be at the alert all the time if there are more than one person.

At this price and this location, it is overall a decent experience. The room was comfortable. Very strange that tv is available but it doesn’t work. One needs to pay extra to make the tv work, thats really a bad approach.

Host's fave line was need to follow protocols. There was protocol to everything even to check in. After paying him whole amount tariff he wasn't ready to give us location due to which we were roaming on streets as there was nowhere to go. . Heights was when we read that room ac was complimentary but hall was paid that was final nail in the coffin

Great studio apartment

We had a 3 night stay at the studio apartment. It was great experience and superb value for money. The host is very nice, apartment was nice and clean, ac and wifi was very good. There are lots of food options around the studio tower. The only things which can be improved are the lifts in the studio tower as they are always very crowded and consume lots of time (but the host has nothing to do with it as it belongs to the studio tower management. Overall great and highly recommended if you are a couple or a small family.
