from the moment you step into the palace, the Eros Hotel New Delhi ,Nehru Place truly lives up to its name. the luxurious entrance, adorned with fresh flowers and filled with the fragrance of a blooming garden, sets the tone for an exceptional experience. the check-in process was smooth, with the staff being both helpful and welcoming. my room was impeccably designed, equipped with all the modern amenities one could wish for, including a spacious bathtub. they even went the extra mile by preparing a delightful rosé bubble bath for me. staying in a club room, i had access to high tea and drinks, which were a cut above the rest, served in an elegant ambiance. however, i felt the buffet breakfast could have offered a few more options. the swimming pool and gym were also impressive, providing a great way to unwind. overall, my stay was wonderful, and i will definitely be returning.

I stayed at eros Eros Hotel New Delhi ,Nehru Place, new delhi in august 2024. Upon arrival, i found the property to be very well-maintained, nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. The marble and mosaic floor gives it a very luxurious look. The staff of courteous and helpful. The property is stiuated very close to nehru place metro station and hence it offers easy connectivity across delhi & faridabad. The room was nice and well-furnished. Had a separate dressing room. It comes with a well-stocked snack tray, coffee tray and mini bar. The bathroom was well-supplied. The water pressure was excellent. However, the shower is the bathtub and the shower curtain does half the job. The breakfast was very good. The breakfast spread was huge and very diverse. Overall, i had a very enjoyable stay and would love to be back someday.

Is was a pleasant stay the rooms were clean and all the staff is cooperative and polite the lobby is quiet and comfortable the view from our room is amazing and the there is a good spread of breakfast. It was very comfortable stay. Room was pool view also well maintained. I have been upgraded to another category thanks to reception team. Also received welcome drink. Breakfast buffet was awesome.

Everything was perfect the food, the room and ambience. The staff was also really nice and helpful and i believe aman was the guy who helped us for the checkin and it was perfect.
