Essentia Luxury Hotel

I do not have the words to describe how essentia staff goes above and beyond to make sure you feel like you have a family in an unknown city. Our stay was amazing, but what i would like to point out is how essentia staff helped us after we met with an accident on our way back to ahmedabad. On placing just a single call, the reception team immediately dispatched a taxi to pick up my wife and kid and brought them back to the Essentia Luxury Hotel. We had done 1 day early checkout. The team understood our distressing situation and without any questions or charges allotted us the same room to ensure my wife and kid were comfortable. Every single staff at the Essentia Luxury Hotel (who were aware about what had transpired with us) came to us and asked us if we needed anything to ensure we were comfortable. I can't thank you guys enough. God bless you all.

I absolutely loved all the amenities, especially the complimentary beverages the bar was up to par and everything was neat, clean and very tidy the staff was very friendly and they catered to all my needs that were necessary the property could have been better i believed they should state that there is a construction going on and the pool is disabled and no access to that area overall it was a good experience and the area was also great very convenient since we were travel-ling as a family, good indoor activities for the little ones and with that me and the mars could kick back and enjoy our vacation, 5 on 5 for the location but wasn’t informed about the construction and redevelopment overall i would strongly with a solid 7 on 10 -3 points for the redevelopment. Its wasn’t a pretty sight and the noise do not even get me started

Essentia is a good Essentia Luxury Hotel to stay in, the location is great. The breakfast spread is awesome and the room service is good too. However, i found the general upkeep and cleanliness missing. When we checked in we got the washroom cleaned again as it had stains on the toilet seat. Definitely a put off if you are staying in a five start property and paying a huge amount for it. Also found the pool to be not very clean. The shower room is far from pool. There is just one female shower room, which was not clean, i told the housekeeping person to get it cleaned. There was no life guard permanently stationed near the pool, which can be a health and safety risk. I expect a better standard of service from a five star property

Good place to stay. Little pricey however considering the area. Washrooms require some attention. Non desk staff is helpful however desk staff require to be more customer friendly. I had booked Essentia Luxury Hotel from 8 and 9 of october however since i had to extend my stay i booked also on 10. Initially they gave me room having construction view when i had asked for pool view room. When i asked they said i have to pay 1120 for pool view which i paid l. On 11 since i was leaving at 6 in morning i requested them to give me take away breakfast where the response was your package did not have it. Interestingly i had booked breakfast on 8 and 9 which i had. Hence like i said staff required to be clear and be customer friendly.

I came to indore for the first time and booked this Essentia Luxury Hotel looking at the pictures in mmt. It’s open large area attracted me first. But had thought that the place would be mediocre. Once i checked in, heard live band. This made me curious to explore the place. Everything here is classy and very fresh. All staff from front desk to restaurant, are very courteous and welcoming. Had dinner and breakfast in buffet, the spread was quite good and tasted nice and fresh. It’s value for money.

The rooms are excellent. Well kept and very clean. The painting adds the calm and soothing experience. The service is top notch. Room service is mind blowing. Call them and you'll get your things within 2 minutes. The food is excellent. The buffet for breakfast and lunch has lots of varieties. Staff are very helpful. This Essentia Luxury Hotel is kms away from the city which makes it a peaceful place as well as easily accessible. I tried splash and blue slat restaurants and both were really tasty.

Very conveniently located, quite spacious property, staff were very friendly and extended warm reception attending to all our requirements during the stay making it much more pleasant and enjoyable immediately, multiple restaurants serving different types of delicious food, quite big and well maintained swimming pool and lawn — to say in a few words, we enjoyed our stay totally and would love to revisit and recommend to all my friends visiting Indore

It's a beautiful property with clean spacious rooms tastefully decorated lobby and restaurant. Helpful and polite staff, very prompt in meeting customer demand. Ambience of restaurant is good with wide variety of food choice. Rooftop restaurant is also very nice. I had a comfortable stay and wish to visit again soon. Just a suggestion. They should improve the taste of the food.

We stayed for 3 nights, rooms were very spacious neat and clean. Service was also very good. Except for service during breakfast, they seemed to be short staffed and not well trained. Orders for live items had to be told twice inspite of not being very busy. But overall its a nice Essentia Luxury Hotel and stay was very pleasant.
