The pillows in the room are too huge and plump and are not comfortable for sleeping. The staff is well-trained and polite. The breakfast options are limited but decent. They have a coffee machine but do not serve cappuccino etc for breakfast and it's available on a payable basis. Most 3 to 5 star Essentia Premier Hotel Pune Wakads provide complimentary coffee in a continental plan so it is something they can consider adding to their services.

First day checked in quite late like 1 am. And all pillows were super hard. Could not sleep at all. Second day got one soft one and had good night sleep. Ask for pillow if you don't have one in your room. Staff was friendly but hesitant to put luggage in car. Construction plastic bags in fronts door, slamming the other room doors closing noise, lack of staff to make up room are some drawbacks observed. Location is grat. Value for money service need to be improved.
