Our stay at the hotel was quite comfortable. Situated in a prominent place in Wakad, Pune, this hotel appears to be most suitable for visitors, even for business purposes. All the staff members of the food & beverages section under the able leadership of Mr.Samiran Kundu simply overwhelmed us not only by the quality of food but also their prompt, efficient and courteous service. 24 hrs. room service provided by the house-keeping staff including Ms. Juthika & Mr. Rohit was exemplary. The gesture of the In-charge of the house -keeping section in making a point to give a visit to our room for getting our feedback was very much appreciated by us. Overall it was a memorable experience.

Stayed in City view premium room for 2nights and I must say this hotel is top notch in every department. First of all, room was clean and tidy, bedspread was new and super white , comfy bed with soft large pillows and the bathroom is spacious, hot water is available and nice mirror with automatic lighting. Amazed by the touch based electric switches, felt pretty high tech. Next, we really loved the food here. Complimentary breakfast has ample choices from paratha, poori, upma, poha, idli, dosa, oatmeal, bread -white & wheat, boiled eggs, pav bhaji and various other side dishes, fresh juice, milkshake, tea and coffee. Food is really good in their restaurant, price is bit costly but No complaints on the portion size and taste quality. They offer Dinner buffet at discount price for hotel residents. Discount of 20% for food & beverages was also very useful. Now the best thing about this hotel is the staff and their professionalism. Service was great right from the time of enquiry, booking the accommodation, reception and special mention of the restaurant staff for their polite and warm hospitality.

Horrible experience, rude staff, had to wait for 4 hours at lobby. Because initially they did promise for early check in. After making me wait they asked for early check in charges at 8:30 AM. Very unprofessional behaviour, despite having a premier room denied to accommodate. Food has bugs in my last stay, I didn’t report as whole staff came apologising. I would not recommend such poor hospitality
