It was horrible experience , even we were not able checking-in time because of the hotel inefficiency. Only one person was there to take e care all the guest checking. No basic requirement items like Water.

Lot of noise in the sleeping room . I had a bad experience in this state it is not pleasant the staff is not good.

The overall room was so great the lighting in the room and the space the ac till the bathroom everything was well cleaned and serviced i loved the say it was really matching the standards and at the price range it is one of the best hotel ever I want to stay here all day everyday

Nice , but no hot water. It's winter, bathing with cold water is horrible. Bathing area need to be improved.

I had a very disappointing experience with this booking. I had booked the hotel through MakeMyTrip at a discounted price, but just an hour before check-in, I received a call from the hotel saying they couldn’t accept the booking because the price was too low and that it was a mistake from MakeMyTrip. They asked me to cancel and rebook at a higher rate, which was completely unprofessional. If there was an issue with the pricing, they should have coordinated directly with MakeMyTrip, not with the customer. This caused unnecessary stress and wasted our time. Thankfully, the MakeMyTrip customer care team was very helpful and quickly resolved the issue — I truly appreciate their support. However, the stay experience was extremely poor. The room was unhygienic, with bed bugs on the walls and floors. The mat and floor were dirty, and the flush was not working properly. I had paid around per day, the quality of the room was nowhere close to being worth that price. Overall, a very disappointing stay — I will definitely not be booking this property again.

Smelly Beds , but low cost for a quick stay, better book bunker beds rather than executive pods. That can be a better choice

location is accessible and ease of identification. They should still improve cleanliness wrto restroom maintenance and dormitory.

Properties location and proximity to commuting options are fine. I have taken the single room all amenities were available at room. I have complaint only about the bathroom, the area is small and moreover there is a curtain which separates bath area and toilet.I see there is lot of dirt in curtain and I felt like the item is never changed since the inception of hotel.

However, be aware of highly inconsistent hygiene standards, particularly in common areas and pod accommodations

The hotel is very good and overall experience is excellent

I stayed at Esscoto Hub, Nallurhalli, Bangalore. The stay was decent overall — the location is quite convenient with good connectivity to public transportation and easy access to nearby shops. It’s also within walking distance to the ITPL backside gate, which is a big plus for anyone working in that area. However, the hotel food was below average, and the amenities were not in good condition or properly maintained. With some improvements in maintenance and food quality, this place could offer a much better experience.

Bath rooms are not clear shower not working no towel

Hot water not available for executive pods. Pods are good to sleep and maintainance also up to the mark
