Worst ever cottage. Higher price.lower service. Fully waste of money.

Stay and location were great! Loved the view from the rooms. Liked the hospitality provided by the hosts. Tree house was a good experience. Will definitely have this as my first preference if I visit Munnar again.

Really Good rooms and ambience. Not far far from the main road to munnar. Behavior from the owner was very nice too .

had a pleasant three-night stay at the property. The basic amenities were provided, and the rooms were clean, though a more thorough cleaning—especially around the corners, wall lights, and cupboards—would have been appreciated. The hosts were responsive to any issues or requests. Breakfast was decent, and lunch/dinner was available upon request for an additional charge, with good taste and quality. Standard rooms are located downstairs, accessible via 10-12 steps, while deluxe rooms are upstairs with a small ramp for access. The property is slightly away from the main town, so food delivery options are limited.

Location - family run property inside a cardamom plantation. View - Above average from the property and rooms Rooms - The treehouse where I stayed is small with an even smaller restroom positives - Hospitality and service Negatives - Since they don't have a kitchen and due to lack of decent restaurants in the area, food is a problem (They serve breakfast though).

Stay was somewhat good. Easy accessible location. For the price of stay it should have been better.

Lovely property with outstanding views, owners are very helpful. The views from balcony are amazing, you literally sits on clouds.

The rooms are small and not properly maintained. Not preferable this residency owner knows little bit Tamil.

Went with family and stay there for a day. Both owner and staff response was good. Basic necessity like hot water was available for 24hrs. For kids there provide milk on request. Will recommend this home stay for family trip.

This home stay is located hardly 50 meters from the main road, rooms are neat and spacious enough. You can’t find any good restaurants near by but if you ask they will cook food for you. (price are very reasonable) during my 2 days stay they served idly, sambar and coconut chutney for the first day and puttu and black chana curry for the second day breakfast both are delicious. I recommend you to book bed and breakfast if you’re planning your outing after 8am, ( breakfast served between 7. 30am-8am. The staff and owners are very friendly. I recommend this property for families and guests who are looking for affordable and comfortable stay.

Overall good, cooperative owner and staff, food was not available but they provided us plates to eat outside food. They also kept blacony view room reserved for us. However this place is little far from munnar city also this is homestay so looked a bit overpriced.

Stay at this place was very good and comfortable. Owner and family was very good and helpful. Location was not too far from munnar town and near to the few of the visiting places. Only challenge i had was breakfast as it was not up to the mark. I suggest this place for comfortable stay with family

Room size was very small and looked very. Like a slum and room cost was too high. We didn’t have a choice to select room. We can’t even know which room we booked. Even though you might have booked it in advance, seems like they gave rooms based on who reached at the location first. Its ridiculous
