Estuarine Village Resort

Nice experience in staying. Strongly recommend for stay here for a short trip to Bhitorkonika.

The place is quite comfortable age offers a decent amount of amenities considering the jungle area. Very near to the Bhitarkanika crocodile breeding and research centre.

Room was full of mosquitoes, food was not so good, bed sheets and pillow covers were not so clean, very bad experience.

Though it is not a luxurious stay. The property is calm and quiet. And food is tasty as like mom's

The hotel is good at every aspect except the availability of air conditioner, it lacks good variety of menu of foods

The location, environment, hospitality, fresh food, the stay was better than what we expected in this secluded place. Food was damn fresh, made from vegetables, grown right there in the resort and had that simplicity yet awesome freshness. Stayed in cottage and thought it was much better decision than staying in tents which might be exposed to lot of insects etc. Just 200 meters outside the gate is the river bank, where you can spend the serene evening. Lot of peace there, overall very good stay here!

Nestled in the interior of the forest, the cottage at this place was our home for a day and a night. The cottage has all basic modern facilities and is quite neat and clean. The green environment all around was soothing. The food was simple and good in taste and the staff was courteous. The resort should make proper facilities available for the support staff like cab drivers, who need to stay overnight, accompanying the guests who stay here for a longer time.

That was a pleasurable stay.

The rooms are well maintained. Toilets setup in tents and cottage are good and we'll maintained too. Food price is too expensive and there will be option to buy food from outside. Better to carry food from city. Bhitarkanika National park tickets must not be purchased within the hotel as they would charge more. Buying within the park would cost you less.

The rooms were clean and it's location is perfect for people who are going to the National park. The service was excellent and the food was great. It's cheaper to book with the resort as food is also included in their price. The food they served is typical of the area and quite delicious. I recommend this resort and to be safe keep away from the river as there are world record breaking crocodiles in them

It is in the very interior of Dangle area, so quiet a drive, on a bumpy rock road. (Pro tip: Try to reach your destination before sunset, so that you don't get lost, as th Ere are no street lights. Very near to the entry gate of Bhitarkanika National Park.

We never want to go to this resort. The pictures on website & the actual is not same. We are very much disappointed with your that type of service. Never expect from you. Very poor and dirty rooms and all. We was staying there only for few hours.

Living in a tent at lap of nature is a pleasant experience of course. Not far from the core forest area equipped with a joyous boatride to enjoy the greeneries of jungle and animals with tasty enough food in a reasonable price ... What else is needed

Nice hotel. Location is amazing. Good staff and service. The tents have been maintained well. There are 2 major resorts and they all are near by. This one is closer to the waters and the entire experience was good.

Location is not easily reachable from nearest Railway station by road since Road condition is atrocious. First one needs to make the trip to Keshikaran Ghat from nearby Railway Station ( Bhadrak) usually by a large MUV like Bollero, Cost is Rs. 1200-1500 if one hires his/her own vehicle (Advisable), Then one needs to take a Boat from nearest Ghat to the resort whose price is Exorbitant ie Rs. 500 for a 10 minute trip. Room is large enough but with poor lighting, fan and lacks urban amenities like national newspaper & TV. Bathroom is spacious but with badly maintained fitting and poor lighting. Breakfast is free and OK. But Lunch and Dinner are of poor quality and very highly priced. It is so remotely placed that one is having no option but to accept whatever is offered as food since the nearest Market is 4 Km away. So one planning to make a trip to Bhitarkanika should stay at a Hotel in the nearby town. City like Bhadrak, Balasore, Bhubaneswar, hire a vehicle to leave early in the morning to Bhitarkanika, Hire a boat, Tour the Crocodile Reserve for whole day till 17:00 hrs and then come back to the Hotel. It is a must to avoid High Tide during your trip and also during summer.
