Villa isn’t worth it, the private pool’s maintenance isn’t up to the mark, ask for pest control if you guys go for it otherwise not with it

Just to clear a few things up: You stayed during the peak rainy season, and although we did pest control in the garden area like you asked, the rain makes those treatments less effective. Also, you first booked through MMT and later asked for a 10% discount if you booked directly, which we couldn’t offer, so we understand you were a bit upset about that. It also seems like the negative rating might be because you wanted unlimited complimentary drinking water bottles, but we provide 6 bottles every day as part of our standard service. I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful throughout my stay. Although stay was comfortable and rooms were clean but the only problem that I faced is with swimming pool. It had very high quantity of chlorine which reacted my skin and the tiled flooring of the pool was broken which led to a deep cut in my feet.

Terrible Stay

This was by far the worst property experience I’ve ever had. The place gave off an extremely disturbing and eerie vibe, almost like it was abandoned or possessed. Within 5–7 minutes of checking in, I decided to check out immediately due to how uncomfortable and unsafe it felt. To make matters worse, there was absolutely no response or support from the property staff, and MakeMyTrip provided no assistance either. The entire experience was unsettling and disappointing. I would strongly advise against booking this property.

Nothing really special about this place. Pretty normal very spacious a huge living room huge bedroom. was pretty disappointed because there were a number of cockroaches running around. It wasn't that great, cleanliness can be maintained, even more. I believe and pool timings has to be extended. I'm coming in to relax if you guys are closing the pool until 6 PM. That doesn't make sense. Location is good. Calangaute beach is very close, walkable distance. So in that way it is a plus point, the surroundings can be maintained clean.
