Stayed here only a night but was impressed with the friendliness of the staff to help and ensure that we have a good stay. Good and friendly behaviour with my toddler. very tasty food served at the restaurant. Facilities and play area in good shape. Top class view of the mountains and the Sengulam Dam. Highly recommended especially when coming with family.

Unempathetic, heartless and rude management , didn’t even hear guests requests and neither made attempt to address guest concern

Very scenic drive to the property. In fact, did not find any better option in the whole vicinity. The stay was very pleasant and comfortable with great service and wide spread breakfast. The GM, Mr. Vipin was very hospitable and guided us to amazing places to visit in Munnar. He was also kind enough to guide us on our road trip post our check out and helped us pick the best routes for our onward destinations. Recommend this hotel to all travellers going to Munnar. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with great views of the lake.

The hotel experience was excellent, the staff is very helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and in perfect condition and the staff also accommodated any requests well. The food was tasty and healthy. The Jacuzzi experience was amazing.

wonderful view from room.... clean and neat spacious bath room..... only problem was wifi not working..... limited buffet but tast tooooo good friendly staffs special mention to ranjith....
