The place was very near to the forest, and there is not care taker in the premises, he came for chck in and check out, scared a bit being along in the night without anyone around, we found difficulty getting veg food, not suggested for family or just as 2 persons

The fan in the room was not working properly and it was making noise. The caretaker was available only for 2 hours and the location was different and far.

It was really a good stay

It was located in a wonderful place, the caretaker was very helpful and supportive. The property was so clean and there was no security but still, we did not have any issue with that. It could have have been good if would provide some more extra fan as some of the fans were broken. The room was comfortable and there was a forest view from the room and it is highly recommendable property.

Sir, Thanks for your valuable comment, it always helps us to understand were we stand and it helps to improve our service.. talking about your review "very worst and not maintained"- Different people have different expectations, there are people who have liked the property, there are people who have not liked it, We are sorry it didnt match your expectations. "Owner is not attending our grievance"- I believe i have tired my best to clear all the issues, people who try to find fault in all small small issues will not be able to satisfy at any cause. "Very very poor facilities"- I am sure you have seen the reviews, photos and booked. Just because you have asked for a refund for 1 room since your family member were not able to come and we were not in position to obliged that, it doesn't mean that you can give a false review. Yes we do understand 10 people have 10 different characters and 10 different opinion. I hope i can make your next visit will be more conformable and satisfactory. Cheers!!!

It was good stay at the hotel and the care taker Rajan is friendly and a caring person. Should take all the 3 rooms with camp fire and personal kitchen for a great experience. Food arranged on order from outside is superb. Bathroom, lighting is bad. Fan in table top kind of and since the climate is not that cooling, good fan or AC could have been better.

Great location, peaceful and feels like you are inside forest. But cleanliness can be a little improvement in bathroom. No toiletries provided. No food option inside resort, however they were ready to buy and come, no drinking water facility. Despite this, we liked the place as we felt put of the world experience and from the hustle bustles of city life. Even the Valparai town was too crowded. So this place is worth staying.
