Its only stay over there. There is no good restaurant nearby. The owner is claiming one of his restaurants nearby and the service over there is very bad. They are serving food after 1hr of order that to be ordering at 8pm. But the property is well maintained and service inside property is good.

Good stay in Gokarna — clean cottage, calm vibe, just near Patang Beach, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Be prepared with odomos cream/spray for mosquitoes😌

Worst hotel i have ever stayed in, no path to take in 4 wheeler or even 2 wheeler, means i had to carry my luggage to the hotel through beach. No Soap provided, single towel had stains. Blanket provided had stains and smelly , too many mosquitoes could not sleep whole night. Had paid 3700 for one night worst experience.

Overall everything is excellent. But due to the summer season we didn't get any food from the Farm House. Apart from this, the rooms are very clean and the staff is so friendly.

This is an amazing farm house, you can experience the real nature and pure air. They are good people. I really loved it.

Pros: The garden around the room is very decorative Vintage look of house Cons: No mirror in bedroom No food options One mirror from the bathroom ventilation mirror was missing, we have to close it via cotton while taking a bath.

It is a hotel next to ring National Highway. Ambience and hospitality are pretty good. Rooms are spacious. On down side, bathroom is smelling. Bathroom closing lever is broken. King size bed is giving back ache.

No food from the property, not suitable for family. We reached at 8 pm a little scary as no one was there to attend.
