The positives of the place are cleanliness, nice and prompt service and homely food. Not to say the food is awesome, but it is good. Rooms were on the smaller side, but well lit and with nice furnishing with very nice room heater. Bathroom was awesome - small in size, no doubt, but very nice fittings. Geyser worked well and the shower was great. Towels and linen were very old, but clean. In-room tea/coffee kit and electric kettle were good too. The most ridiculous thing that I felt was the absence of a mirror in the room!! Even though there was not enough space for a dressing table but a wall mounted mirror is essential. Staff was courteous and helpful. One of the days in my stay we needed breakfast early; on prior request the kitchen provided toast, omelette, cornflakes etc. Right on time for us. But of course, they are very eager to get us to pay more for the slightest changes in check-in and check-out time. I was prepared for this issue, so I paid them. But it is best to keep this in mind before planning travel. One may have to stay in to lobby for early check-in and late check-out, unless you pay half-day charges and especially inform in advance.

I arrived a bit early and the Evergreen Suites | Rooms in an Apartment staff was gracious enough to give me a room an hour early. The room was nice and clean. Just a km away from the JLN stadium where the start point of the marathon was. No complaints whatsoever at all. If I had to pick something, my only gripe would be that, this place is right in the middle of a residential colony and there are no boards whatsoever at all for you to notice. Further, there was some construction going on nearby and you may end up hearing the odd noise.

There is no signal for any mobiles, if you enter into that Evergreen Suites | Rooms in an Apartment you will feel like living in a island. Rest of the facilities are good. Laundry came ontime with the average cost, They don't have restaurant hence you will have to go out and have or you can order and get delivered in Evergreen Suites | Rooms in an Apartment.

Very well maintained. Good Snacks, Breakfast and Meals prepared in house. Located in a nice peaceful area with lotss of greenery. The staff is also helpful. Just that rooms on ground floor are affected by the noise outside I. E. New guests walking in, Service people chatting and working around so might be an issue for those looking to sleep early.

It was a nice experience to stay in a calm and quiet environment. The locality is very good and in purely residential area. The facilities within the room are good. Breakfast was nice. However, provision of getting food after the evening time is not available though one can order food on line or over telephone. Overall it was a nice experience.

The Evergreen Suites | Rooms in an Apartment is at very good location. The surrounding is very green, calm and quiet. The rooms are very well-maintained, neat and clean. The food is homely. The staff is very courteous. I enjoyed the stay. I will prefer to stay at this Evergreen Suites | Rooms in an Apartment for my next stay.

Location in Defence Colony is good. Rooms are large and spacious. Shower has to be suffered. Hard water has clogged up the shower. Food is good. I was told my room TV was not working and there was nothing they could do about it. Construction (irritating marble cutting) was going on in a nearby place so it was a bit noisy.

Location of Evergreen is good, but it's tracking is somehow difficult. All over good experience.

Quit and safe place .. Close to metro and Evergreen Suites | Rooms in an Apartments .. It has a park nearby ... Not very far from airport. Breakfast dine area is good too .. WiFi is good .. I could watch Netflix all night .. Bathroom are small but clean ..

Stay was comfortable, food was good, service was excellent. There was little phone network issue. But it was OK that at some sites the network was OK. Good connectivity to South Delhi and at this budget this is actual value for money

Last time I stayed here with my wife and I was surprisingly shocked with a great and friendly atmosphere. Since then, whenever I visit Delhi, I choose this place. This place has good food, clean room, peaceful surrounding and excellent staff. Must stay!

It's my home in the capital of the country

Neat and clean rooms with polite staff. Breakfast was good. In short good stay and within my budget. It's in a very calm location. Nearby to Lajpat Nagar central market also. Excellent is a word that can be used here.
