**Stay Experience:** My recent stay at the Resort was nothing short of delightful. Nestled amidst the serene hills of Mahabaleshwar, the resort offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The well-maintained rooms exude comfort and luxury, providing guests with a cozy sanctuary to unwind after a day of exploration. **Amenities:** The resort boasts a plethora of amenities catering to the needs of every guest. From a refreshing swimming pool to a well-equipped fitness center for the health-conscious traveler, every aspect of comfort and convenience is meticulously taken care of. Additionally, the resort offers recreational activities such as nature walks and indoor games, ensuring that there's never a dull moment during your stay. **Buffet Breakfast:** One of the highlights of my stay was the delectable buffet breakfast served at the resort's elegant dining area. From freshly baked pastries to a variety of continental and local delicacies, the breakfast spread was a delight. **Evening High Tea:** The evening high tea is a ritual not to be missed. The guests are treated to a delectable spread of masala chai,hot chocolate for kids, pani puris , freshly made popcorns etc. It's the perfect opportunity to unwind and savor the tranquility of the surroundings while indulging in delightful culinary offerings. **Mad Smoke House Outdoor Restaurant:** A special mention must be made of the resort's outdoor restaurant, Mad Smoke House. With its open air, under the sky seating, dining at Mad Smoke House is an experience in itself. I was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience @ evershine. From the moment i entered the lobby, i was greeted with elegance and warmth. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the staff being attentive and friendly. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, with tasteful decor. The bed was plush and inviting, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and stocked with luxurious toiletries. The Evershine Resort & Spa facilities were top-notch, including a well-equipped fitness center, a relaxing spa, and a stylish pool area. Additionally, the on-site dining options offered delicious cuisine. One aspect that stood out to me was the exceptional service provided by the staff throughout my stay. They were always courteous, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. Overall, my experience at the Evershine Resort & Spa was excellent

We chose evershine for monsoon trip owing to its location and recommendations from family and friends. Beautiful property! but to our dismay the front desk staff was rude and took super long for the check-in procedure the hi tea was organised at lounge area and the staff said they're out of sandwiches. Moreover one of them asked us to go get the glasses from the restaurant. What hospitality? / the waiters took super long to respond. The good things were the location, the property and some entertainment available for guests opting for staycation. Like pot making, caricature artist, tatoo artist etc. I seriously recommend this Evershine Resort & Spa management to make sure their staff knows how they are supposed to behave in hospitality industry. When someone is spending so much they deserve to be treated right

Pleasant stay…could have been better. Some of the games are not available to play. For example, they did not allow my son (age 9 yrs) to do archery, rock climbing and air cycle. They did not allow me to do air cycle as well saying that you should be under 65kgs (never mentioned anywhere while booking resort). Music near games and while serving tea was too loud. Sandwiches were kept open and there were lot of flies. Swimming pool is small and not as large as it appears in the pictures. Other facilities were good. Room was good. As advertised. Breakfast and one other meal was complimentary. Food was good and had variety. Place is 800 mrts from market. We could walk. They should have lawn and chairs to sit and enjoy the cool weather. Overall it was ok.

We had a relaxing and very nice stay in the resort, it provides multiple activities for kids and adults alike, even though it was continuously raining outside we dint get bored at all with kids within the resort. Food was tasty and buffet had all possible options. Only one issue which we faced was we paid extra for the valley view room and couldn't enjoy the valley view at all due to monkeys, there was a instance where we missed closing the balcony door and there were 5 monkeys in our room while we were taking a nap. It was really horrifying for kids. But immediately the housekeeping came and helped. All staff was very polite and helping too.

Beautiful locale admist the serene jungle, very well maintained property with all modern amenities. Rooms were tastefully done and very comfortable. Food was super delicious and freshly prepared. Lots of activities and fun games for the family - caricature artist, nail art, tatoo etc. Hospitality -top notch, right from staff at reception, cafe, housekeeping, valet, door men- all welcomed the guests with a namaste and a broad smile. Always ready to help and serve the guests! we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend evershine if you are looking for a fun filled luxurious stay at mahabaleshwar!

The location is near the market and the food quality is also very good like a 4 star Evershine Resort & Spa and the rooms are good and spacious with hot water available every time and the reception is also very supportive and the amenities and games are good enough to spend a day in them if it rains with rock climbing cycling and indoor games, i would just like them to add more games for kids indoors as they had it before but now changed it to more ps5 games they have 5 play stations to play the most i have seen anywhere, so it has been a pleasant stay here

The property is very scenic. The staff is very efficient. The food in the restaurant is excellent but the food in the package menu needs improvement. The Evershine Resort & Spa has a policy of adjusting the cost of the package menu from the cost of the restaurant bill which is very welcome and appreciable. Activities for children and young people are several and everything is functional. The Evershine Resort & Spa is worth visiting more than once. The Evershine Resort & Spa is wheelchair accessible at most places and also equipped with a lift.

The stay was pleasant and the staff were very helpful. We did get the complimentary breakfast as we reached couple of hours early. The property is around lush green area and the fog in the evening is just breath taking view. The cafe gives you tasty food but is overpriced like other high rated Evershine Resort & Spas. Though breakfast has fewer option, but was lip smacking good.

I m stay 2 days, very nice service start from vellet parking to room service. Food verity and quality good.

It's a huge property in a amazing location. There are lot of varieties in breakfast and staff specially the bengali brigade manage the whole things in a very professional n friendly manner, rest of the lot also very cooperative from front desk to housekeeping. We enjoyed a lot. We give a 5 star rating for that.

Nice place to stay. Good for family members& kids too. . .

Hotel is good however first day they gave us different room and next day different their internal issues, we went for swimming but pool water was not filtered resulting rashes allergy on whole body

One of the best place for staycation. Great rooms, interiors are fab, huge varieties of breakfast spread and dinner spread.

Evershine is a resort where once you check in you dont need to go out. It has everything for kids, adults and senior citizens good activities, good ambiance, good kids play area and what not we loved stay at evershine thanks makemytrip for wonderful package

There were no charging points besides the bed. Mattress was on more softer side. Comfortable but not so much

The resort is very lively, lots of of activities for kids and adults also. Staff are very hospitable, location of the resort is also comfortable to go out and explore the town.
