Evoke Premium Candolim, North Goa

pros: good location, near to candolim main road and some good cafes and super markets spacious rooms and balcony and drawing cons: poor food, having breakfast included doesn't make sense not at all clean and basic amenities like water, slippers everything is there but you have to ask for it several times. don't even think about swimming pool, too cloudy and dirty to go in

No WiFi. No tv. No hot water. Even if you complain about it they don’t get resolved. These are the premium features that are offered in evoke premium candolim. Hot water in the bathroom is a basic, even one star hotels have a geyser in the bathroom. The alternative I was offered by hotel is an immersion coil 🙄 which I declined. Something to be happy about are the spacious rooms but there are patches of mould on ceiling. Lack of proper maintenance and cleanliness is evident. Food is at the lowest level. I suggest to better avoid this place and use your money wisely.

Bad service. Old, swamp, dirty rooms. Paint coming out. Bed sheets and pillow covers not clean. Staff seems not trained and lack customer orientation. Food average. Cockroaches in the room

the property is full of rats...not maintained for months...every night rats used to enter in the room and chew packets of food...the sofa in living room was eaten by rats and everywhere you will find poop of rats...the receptionist guy in the night was not paying any attention and refused to give us other room inspite of empty rooms...very bad experience....not recommended for any family

The stay was absolutely incredible. The hotel staff was all the time there to help and actually the rooms were good too. W Guddi e had like the full access to pool and pool was incredible. Overall It was a very good stay. If you’re looking to stay with a family or with group of friends This is the place to be.

Evoke Premium is a neat and quite property and a very good option for families or a group. Unlike other properties, they are spacious with a living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and 2 big balconies to chill. We were two couples and had a wonderful stay. Manish, at the hotel is very kind and well spoken. They provided us with everything needed. Only concern was, no housekeeping was done until requested for. Also, I would like to give a feedback about hygiene, although the room/apartment is neat, deep cleaning is mandatory. Apart from this all was good. The food is also nice. Thank you again. I will definitely return to Evoke again soon. Only keep in mind the deep cleaning.

No doubt the stay (the rooms) were very nice but there some cleanliness issue in the room and also the swimming pool was not properly clear and had some dirt and insects, so was not able to dive in the pool - that was a total dissatisfaction

It was really a pleasant stay. Well furnished apartment with lots of space and kudos to the cleanliness. Thought of extending the stay.

It’s more of an apartment than a hotel. TV Wi-Fi never connects. Sofa was torn. 1 room’s TV was broken. Very average bathrooms. I would have got a similar room on Airbnb at much better price. Consider this only if u want an apartment. BY NO MEANS IT IS A 4 STAR HOTEL, NO.

Cleanliness was a problem What is shown in the photograph and the actual property looks different Food was not good Staff were not hygienic and breakfast was not good Beddings were not comfortable and clean the room stinked when we entered we did not like the above points and have raised these points with the reception staff available I would not recommend this property

We stayed for 4 days, and experience was amazing, spacious and clean rooms, like new property, well located in Candolim area , delicious breakfast and much more. Highly recommend for 4 + family members. Thanks to hotel staff for amazing service.

Property was good and spacious , food was really good

Location of the property was very good and the market was nearby, beach was also just 5 mins away. The location was very peaceful. Room was really spacious and comfortable. Food and other service was also quite satisfactory. I really liked the stay at this property.
