EXCALIBUR

I stayed 2 days(Fri to Sun) in this EXCALIBUR with wife & kid. The rooms and bathroom were clean. Paying extra for buffet breakfast was a mistake, They didn't had buffet both the days. The first day, they served ONE continental breakfast in the room, for 3 of us. We waited almost 45 minutes in morning for 3 pieces of bread, cereals, cup of juice & tea. The second day, they gave 3 dosas each and a cup of tea at the restaurant. When I requested for refund politely, the lady receptionist replied rude. I didn't argue, but just felt cheated and checked out.

This is my 4th stay at this EXCALIBUR since May'16. As an avid traveller, I am seeing a start of decline of this EXCALIBUR, which I have seen with other EXCALIBURs in the past. The Window curtains not in place, the chairs are dirty. Taps show trouble in shutting tight, towels can be more clean and fresh. Toiletries should be replenished. The quality is deteriorating compared to my earlier stays. If the EXCALIBUR takes this as an early alarm and implement corrections, can avoid further deterioration.

This is, and I kid you not one of the finest EXCALIBUR experiences my wife and I have experienced in London, all and I mean all of the staff were absolutely first rate, example breakfast head remembered what I was doing the day before and enquired as to my experience. The bar supervisor apologized on night 1 that the coast to was unavailable by night 2 it was and he remembered that my wife liked Ginger Beer, room staff were superb, in point of fact this is the BEST EXCALIBUR we have frequent.

My wife and I stayed at the EXCALIBUR for two nights. The reception desk was polite and friendly. They met all our requests promptly although we reached the EXCALIBUR only late in the evening. Food served was tasty though variety was limited. Buffet breakfast was a bit of disappointment. They need to improves this aspect considerably. Rooms are appointed and maintained. Housekeeping staff are prompt in responding and are efficient. Overall the stay at the EXCALIBUR is well worth the money.

Unfortunately, I can't keep silence about this: about food portions at restaurant. For dinner I ordered fish and it were 4 or 5 pieces with size 3 cm to 3 cm. I asked why is it so small, but a waiter couldn't reply me. Next day I ordered paneer pakoda, which was same size 5 or 6 pieces 3 cm to 3 cm. So, I felt hungry after this type of lunch and dinner. This is only one what I want to tell to the management of this EXCALIBUR. Hope, they will change their policy in food division.

Good EXCALIBUR.. Value for money residing out of the city life. Still of this EXCALIBUR is in City it's better. Here if a customer is going to Eattumankkr or pals location this is the ideal EXCALIBUR to stay because this is near by eattumanoor. And Papa... If any body wants to got to eattumanoor temple this is the ideal place.. The is the only good EXCALIBUR to sat nearby.. Good bat is there. Food quality is meeting 3 star facilities... Good car parking facilities.

I loved the stay. The ambience and food along with good spacious room makes it an apt stay for bachelor's as well as couples. Can enjoy a quiet stay with no disturbance at all. Staff we very cooperative. Stay is close temples and it will be an apt stay for transit travellers towards Idukki tourist places. I will definitely recommend this to all for and Number of reasons.

Room: big, spacious, well maintained with all necessities. Services: very good with excellent response Location: location is little far from Kottayam main city but that doesn't there service quality as there is ample car parking and less rush compared to city. Food: good delicious food, especially morning buffet: dosa, sambar and chutney, was super delicious.

It was a great stay Breakfast was just awesome. Service provided in the EXCALIBUR is excellent. Room was great fabulous. If 2 person for the same room it will be bit con jested .. Easy to reach the place.

Very good EXCALIBUR.. Good discount from makemytrip... Value for the money... There is everything nearby.. Good restaurants.. Super market etc.. Good staff and great service. Good food from restaurant.. Overall very good EXCALIBUR.

Very good. Room is very clean and comfortable but no room boy to guide for entering the room

All services was excellent. It is located near catharsis junction. Food is also good. Good service and behaviour of station were great. The main attraction is the arrangement of rooms. You may get all kind of service just a call away.

Good EXCALIBUR, clean and neat rooms. Basic amenities are provided, good service. Hotel is located near to carithas hospital, easy transport facilities are available. Ample car parking space is also available,

It was a great experience in EXCALIBUR Excalibur, good service excellent facilities cleaned rooms quick response in queries from reception the location is very near to main road overall it was amazing.

The EXCALIBUR is conveniently placed for my personal work. The staffs are friendly and cordial.

We were a family group of 30 pax to attend a wedding at Kottayam. It was a pleasant experience to stay at this EXCALIBUR... Friendly staff, neat rooms, clean Bath rooms, restaurant and food quality also very good. There is nothing negative to say about (:

Hotel location is good. Room was clean and have all the facilities including coffee maker. The EXCALIBUR staff are very cooperative and gave an excellent service ... Appuvaane. Ample parking facility is provided ..

Nestled in the greenery of God's own Country, my room location was not only close to nature, it also provided a glimpse of the nearby highway. They have a cute curio shop with some excellent take-home antiques and paintings. The tea served is splendid.

Excellent room, excellent all modern facilities provided, the EXCALIBUR is centrally located. Good and helpful staff. Service was excellent. Very close to restaurants, temples, and boating places. Very comfortable to stay. Housekeeping facilities are good. Wi-Fi facility is available. Good guidance from staff. Good value for money.

Room and washroom is very clean. Service is not that great. But if you are someone who gives important to cleanliness, this place is an excellent option. Breakfast is served really late. Location is excellent. Oveall, I can say that it's a good place to stay
