EXCELLA SAIRENU RESIDENCY

I just stayed for only 4 hours due to AC not working properly. Bathroom doesn't have hot water, and the bathroom smells; it's intolerable. No proper parking. While parking at a short place is like getting passed by RTO while taking a license. Out of 5 stars, it's only 1.

Worst bathroom and room maintenance and also coming bad smell, not receiving guests properly. We used our bed sheets

Couldn't sleep, the beds are not good, fine insects get it bitted, hence, we have vacated in the night 11 o'clock.

The stay was comfortable and good customer satisfaction. But need proper maintenance and cleaning of the rooms required. And also need to update the room facilities for more comfortness to the customer. Overall average rating

Hotel outer not good Room bed and cart not good cart more noisy. become hotels are in good condition. But this hotel not like that.

No proper parking no proper rest rooms rooms were not hygenic no services rain water coming inside the portico. Absolute waste.

Stay was terrible. Washroom was nor clean. Staff was not supportive. No hygiene. Mattress was not good.

no proper arrangements in the room. inform the hotlier to maintain even better all the areas of the sai renu residency. ask them to supply good water in the room. location is good. no gas in the air conditioner..therefore no such ac impact in the room.. taps are also leaking
