Rooms are very congested one, and of course the restaurant facility was closed or else not there. The breakfast served was in the room itself which is very bad. Customer service is not good, for every requirement one has to go and tell, overall the stay was an average one.

The stay was pleasant and its a safe place to stay. We started at 4. 30 am today, still we could get hot water, that was good. We booked a non a/c room, the pricing is bit costlier. The room was hot. Fan regulator stands to either 1 or 5, otherwise its a good stay.

We had a pleasant stay at excellency. The room and toilet were clean. It is a quiet place. The place is very close to the airport. The fact that there are some good food outlets like saravana bhavan within walking distance, adds value to the place.

The staff at the reception was very welcoming and without asking they offered the compliment service we are eligible for and they did all their obligations perfectly. Only bathroom thoughts of bit restricted.

I checked in almost 11. 45 and asked dinner, the Excellency Airport Hotel restaurant was closed but i told them to bring from out side at least, they brought food for me in the night.
