Excellency Inn

Staff members are friendly, but they really need to add staff there as the room service is very very slow. One guy at reception of restaurant handling the restaurant orders as well as room service also, he is running around like crazy at rush hours. I have booked two rooms but 1 room phone was not working. They do not have lift and my room was at 2nd floor and it was quite difficult for my parents to take stairs, but I did not know that before booking that lift not available otherwise I would have not booked. On the positive part, the restaurant in the Excellency Inn serves delicious mouth watering food. We check-out Excellency Inn in the morning to go to temple and while on the way back to Pune, we decided to go back to same Excellency Inn restaurant just to have awesome food for our lunch. So overall it was a good stay. But needs to be improve on ambience and add more staff members. Thanks, Amit.

The front office/reception staff needs to be taught how to interact with customers. The manager spoke in an extremely arrogant manner and tried convincing that I would have to pay additional charges since the kids were staying with us. He cooled down only after I showed him the reservation voucher which clearly mentioned the details of the kids and their age. This was not a pleasant experience for us . 2. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The whole staff was helpful and kind by nature. They're ready to help the guest at any time. Restaurant and food quality was excellent. The ambiance and rooms were clean, neat and tidy. Overall the Excellency Inn was really appreciable. I would recommend the Excellency Inn forever and surely choose the same Excellency Inn whenever I want to stay in Nashik. Good job. Keep it up guys. The Excellency Inn was good & clean. But alot more can happen for social distancing, hygiene & routine checks pertaining to corona checklist. I think Excellency Inns need to do more things then just cleaning handles & areas that we touch. It can be done promptly with not alot of efforts & common sense. I think doing this will be more than enough for now. Hotels can do better to see more customers coming in.

Everything was perfect except the following: 1. The Bed was a bit hard 2. Toilet was Indian Style 3. The Restaurant slightly expensive (However that is expected) 4. My room was also giving hot water in the day (Probably because the Water Tank is on the roof and absorbs heat). Otherwise it was all good, the stay was pleasant I will rate it 4 star our of 5.

Hotel is good, both AC and non AC rooms are good. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff is also fine. The location of the Excellency Inn is not so good, it is 4-5 kms away from the main city, more of a small town area, but if you are going for symbiosis interview then it is next to Symbiosis. Cabs and auto service is there.

Over all stay was nice. Room was neat and clean, spacious. But room service was poor because of rush of customers at gr. Floor restaurant. There is no arrangement of tea or coffee in the room and thereby we could not get the tea at 7 o'clock in the morning. It is suggested to make the arrangement of tea/coffee in the room itself.

The stay was good. The Excellency Inn did not have enough parking spaces for vehicles inside the campus. That's the only spoilt sport else the stay was good overall.
The place where the Excellency Inn is situated is kind off in the middle of the City which makes it easy for tourists to travel to any part of the City

In the heart of the city. Excellency Inn is situated close to all important places and is a good place to stay in. I found the service oce to be really good and the staff are very helping. I reached before my booked appointment but they were kind enough to offer br a room.

Location is good food also tasty but price is too high.

Had a good experience. Offers are best on make my trip. It is genuine one. No problem with booking. Hotel was neat and clean and staff was really good. It's easy to plan our trip any where we want to travel. Everyone should try it once.

Service was very superb, locality is also very beautiful, you feel relaxed, this is the place where you can stay with family, connectivity for each and every place of the city is available service staff is also very helpful
