Excellency Resort & Spa

Nexstay excellency is very nice place for stay in kushal nagar with green surroundings and swimming pool. Staff is very cooperative and cordial. Mr. Poonacha, operations manager was very helpful and arranged cab for sight seeing. We got good cab driver mr. Santhosh who took us to raja seat, abbey falls, army museum, coffee plantation, handicrafts shopping and alpha caffe (must visit for nice snacks and view. We enjoyed our trip and appreciate the support staff for providing comfortable stay. Although we booked ac room but we didn’t feel hot so ac was not required. One suggestion for Excellency Resort & Spaier to keep equipments checked and running such as ac. We ate two meals other than complementary breakfast. I suggest to include more stuff in breakfast and change it everyday. I liked the lunch (dal fry and rice) at resort and also recommended place ‘fish curry rice’ ( must try place near this resort) for fish dishes. Overall it was very nice trip, however the weather was not very soothing in february. Better time to visit coorg would be sep-oct.

The property is located on the main road and is less than a km from Nisargadhama, it is Serene beauty and one can hear the sound of water gushing in, as Cauvery flows just behind the resort and is an amazing sight. Would definitely like to give a shout-out to the amazing staff for their friendly and caring nature, we had our 1-year kid with us and they provided us with all support to ensure that we had a pleasant and safe stay.Jaffer and Sharath—keep up the good work, looking forward to visit you guys again next year along with my extended family.

I had booked for superior room, once reach there i wanted experience private cottage thankfully it was available and they upgraded me with extra charges which is worth. I can say best room for couple to stay. We have ordered roomservice for dinner and the taste was good. Kadabu with coorg chicken curry is the best. It the new Excellency Resort & Spa outdoot and indoor activities need to setup which they mentioned within a week it will be done. The best part is pool which has waterfountain and kavery river right behind the Excellency Resort & Spa.

We have booked this Excellency Resort & Spa for 03 days. Its 25 km away from coorg - madikeri but honestly it was our best decision. The cleanliness of the resort is really good. Its a quite new property. Food quality is also good, you can have dinner in the room also. Room service is also quick. We stayed there for 03 nights. Property is nicely maintained and ample of space for parking. Staff is polite and helpful. Enjoyed our stay. Thank you team nextstay.

overall experience was good. but 1 glass was brokened, for that they charged 200 rs from us. breakfast was complimentary in package, and was very good, other than that in their menu all items are heavy priced. on the backside of the property forest area and caveri river beautiful area, and nature, but not properly cleaned and maintained that area,,very good play area for kids and a well maintained swimming pool also in the property good neat rooms

Right on the kushal nagar highway, this is excellent stay with family and kids. Rooms are good, exteriors are well maintained, swimming pool and kids play area is good. Mornings are beautiful here with all fog. Only disappointment is they said bonfire available only on weekends

It was a pleasant stay. It would be better if you include more facilities in the spa like pedicure etc. Please include more option in breakfast like boiled eggs, omelette and some continental food. Staff was extremely cooperative and well behaved. Thank you

We were a group of 6 friends, and we had a great stay for 2 days, the property is very well maintained and the pool is cherry on top. Staff were extremely helpful and courteous. They have bonfire in the evening which was great. Overall a great stay.

It's nice place to chill out and relax. Food quality is also good and you can choose what you want to have. The area is clean and greenery. Rooms are bigger and spacious.

It was great experience to our holidays. We allocated cottages room, specious, climate in the evening is much pleasent.

Awesome cottage rooms, boon fire, good quality food. They have boiled milk that can be given for kids. It is close proximity to nishadharma and dhubare elephant camp. Staff is polite and helpful.
