Executive Anmol - service apartment

In the name of breakfast only poha was served with any other eatables as chargeable. Single beds were joint and no king bed was available.

Open areas near the lift on higher floor unsafe kids. If it's a serviced apartment. I should get the keys to keep when I move out and in of the apartment. Stayed in a flat with 2 bedrooms out of three and they didn't handover the keys inspite of us mentioning we will be headed for a function and come late night. However staff was helpful and did open the door for us at 3 am too. Serviced apartments have full fledged kitchens toiletries etc. Nonetheless it served our purpose of stay. But definitely can get better.

Actually I have booked early check in but the hotel guy charge extra for check in.

The caretaker was polite and friendly. The property itself is very good in terms of sanitation, hygiene, security. The location of the property is near the market so it is in a crowded area. It will better if they improve their parking problem. I faced a little bit driving hassle because of the crowd rest the property is good.

Though the location was good, I felt it was rather like a lodge than an apartment. The furniture was also not good neither of the rooms nor of the drawing rooms. Even the water geyser was of a very small size. Every time after using the hot water had to wait for some time for the geyser to heat water as there was no continuous flow.

It was my family trip. Comfortable and well-located property but I was very disheartened with the facilities they provided. The caretaker was very rude. We had breakfast and the quality of the food was good.

I am happy and enjoying our stay.
The room was good and clean also.

Smell, non-working aircon, clumsy attendant, unkempt linen, undone towel, far away key card slot after you enter the room.
Only soap, shampoo and towel was provided. Exhaust was not working. Wiper was in the bathroom. Air freshener could have helped somewhat.
I was not told that it was a shared accomodation. The next room occupant was too loud.

While the stay was good but you might not get the facilities you sell in a hotel of same price. I believe it was overpriced and should not be more than 1. 5k. Honestly it was not worth the money but location was good.
