The owner did not come to meet during the stay n another day room was not cleaned

The facilities were excellent as well. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The facililty was okay - we were not asked about what type of breakfast we would like to eat, we had to ask for all amenities such as mug and bucket, extra cot etc. at the property

The room was exactly same as the photos.. The ambience was beautiful! overall the experience was good, there some sort of misunderstanding in the booking but it was managed later.

Amazing experience, perfect for family.

The stay was very comfortable, a bit disappointed by the breakfast but I know they'll improve that as well. The Owner was very polite and respectful.

property is good but not upto the mark I was shown a bath tub bus it is connected to hall and no lock to the door and according to the room price is a bit high

we stayed here with family octogenarian parents and 4 year old daughter with wife. the staff here is extremely cooperative and helpful. the stay was nice and pleasant. food was good. hygiene was well maintained. satvic people with satvic attitude. would like to visit and stay here again. highly thankful

Here is my feedback 1. Double Booking Issue: Upon arrival at "Executive Ashram" on December 21st at 8:30 PM, I was informed by Ms. Bharti Sharma that there was a double booking, and my accommodation had been given to someone else without any prior notification. 2. Unsuitable Alternative Properties: Ms. Bharti Sharma showed me alternative properties nearby, but they were not suitable for a family as they lacked the amenities promised in the booking description. I specifically booked the Executive Ashram for its balcony facing "Prem Mandir." 3. Inadequate Accommodation Offered: After rejecting two unsuitable properties, I was offered a room that was essentially a storage room with no proper bed, mirror, toiletries, and dirty toilets. This room was used to dump garbage, and at 10:30 PM, I was asked to stay there. 4. Lack of Assistance: When I refused the inadequate accommodation and requested a better alternative, Ms. Bharti Sharma told me to resolve the matter with Make My Trip and abruptly ended the call. This left me in a distressing situation as I was traveling with my 5-year-old child, and we were all hungry. 5. Helpful Staff: The room service boys, Sachin and Nandu, were very helpful and found another property for us. We shifted there at 11:30 PM. However, that booking was only for one day, and the next day I was left without a hotel again, with my luggage kept outside. In the evening, Sachin helped me find a hotel room for five hours. 6. Mismanagement by Ms. Bharti Sharma: This was my first visit to Vrindavan, and it was marred by the mismanagement of my hotel booking at "Executive Ashram" by Ms. Bharti Sharma. She allocated my booked room to another person without informing me, even though I had called her at 6:30 PM from Mathura, and she did not mention that the room had already been given to someone else. 7. Overall Experience: This was my worst experience

The check-in and overall experience was seamless and amazing. Staff is very polite and greets you with so much respect. Room was very clean, comfortable and cozy. Washrooms were perfect as well. Breakfast was also included in the stay and served hot and fresh. Overall amazing experience for us.

Room was neat and staff was also polite entire vibe of the hotel was amazing peace and calm. If i would have to again visit vrindavan i will choose this stay over and over.

food was brought from downstairs street vendor , rest was good , my only request if you cannot make food don't offer complementary breakfast , might save us or money & stomach. any one can buy food from downstairs street vendor ,no need to open 3 star society flat for that

Location was good, the flat(room) was amazing, a little focus towards cleanliness will make it stand out, like the blanket we got was used one, in Washroom the dustbin was already full with cigarette buds and piece of tile fell near washroom door when we were opening/closing the door, rest everything was good

Room was very small. There was another room in the flat with 4 boys, so it was uncomfortable to adjust with family and kids.

It is located at very good place, breakfast was home made and best ever i did have any where in the market. Very clean room. It was more like paying guest sort of stay. Owners are foreigner and the family is very cute. I will stay there again if had the chance.
