It was a very pleasant stay at the homestay. The staff were helpful and caring especially Rantu da. I booked budget room so according to it the room was quite nice. The bathroom was also clean only issue was hot water was not available. The property has a beautiful verandah and Living room where u can enjoy ur evening cup of tea. I was traveling with my 2 year old son so we prepared his food in the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all amenities. Overall I would recommend the travellers who are seeking a good homestay to stay with family must opt for this homestay.

It was an awesome experience and would love to stay again next time when we will visit again. The hospitality service was very good and cool and calm environment was so heart touching. Just loved the entire vibe during the stay the person mr. Rant u baruah was so helpful and so nice with us. So professional and understanding person. It is budgeted home stay and felt like staying in Exotic Villa Homestay | Rooms & Caretaker and care taker is fully supportive and cooperative and we order veg food in dinner and food also like home food so overall it was good experience while staying in exotic villa at guwahati. Only issue is commode needs to be changed since it's very old.

The property is awesome! the staff (rantu) is an amazing guy. The best thing is the ventilation of the rooms. I had a huge balcony with lots of windows in the room. That helps smokers like me! the only thing i would say negative about is the hygeine of the kitchen. Should be cleaned properly. Overall, amazing place ! highly recommended!

The room was clean and the space was comfortable and friendly environment. It was not that hard to find the location. The staff was very nice. Although didn't eat anything in the Exotic Villa Homestay | Rooms & Caretaker so can't say about how the food was. But other than that i can't complain about a thing

All of the staff's services are superb. The place is easy to find through google maps, and cab services are accessible 24/7. I had stayed in the budget double room, which was clean and hygienic. One can be completely assured of their safety here, especially solo female guests.

This is a nice and pleasant stay. Big rooms, clean toilet, supportive staff, tasty dinner more over silence amid-st the city chaos near the centre of the city. Nice small garden with colorful flowers.

As per rate of their rooms and it's appearance it's very good and comfortable to stay location is very good near to main road still very silent from trafics sounds. It's my second time to visit their. Manager is very wise and dashing. One small request is that keep dustbin in every rooms
