Exotica by the Sea

Exotica by the sea is an amazing place, with lot of trees and bunch of cottages in different places. Property has a badminton court, tt, carrom and also books to read. Has an amazing koi & lily pond. They also have a good collection of bikes, free for use by customers. Dining area is also very good with open air ambience among trees, and there was live music on 2 nights which was good too. It’s very near to the beach and a great location in very calm and peaceful surroundings. Room was a bit small and constrained, but overall, liked the open balcony to sit out with small ponds in front of cottage. Staff are all very friendly and always available for any calls. Wifi was good, but this location surprisingly has a great jio 5g network and wifi was hardly needed. The only aspect to be improved is the food. Very limited choices available and just passable. We are vegetarians, so only tried the veg courses. Also very limited dessert options. I would rate this place top notch if the food could be improved. But still, i would definitely go back to stay here, as overall it was a very enjoyable experience.

We had a fairly decent stay at exotica by the sea towards the end of the year 2023. The staff were polite, courteous, and eager to help. The resort common areas were nicely maintained and we loved the pond full of k oi fish and water lilies. It was a sight to cherish. However, the room was a bit old and the furniture provided was not of much quality; creaking sounds were coming out from the hinges. The bathroom fittings were worn out too and the water flow at the wash basin was a bit slow. The lights in the room were also not adequate and this gave the room a dark demeanor. On the positive side, the room was huge with a spacious balcony to sit on. There was a standing balcony too. The front side of the cottage had water-filled sections on the ground, growing beautiful lilies and providing shelter to tiny fishes like guppies. The complementary breakfast was okay and the staff were quite fast in providing fresh omelettes.

It's a new Exotica by the Sea /resort. Room/stay: Ambience, room quality is really good. The Exotica by the Sea provides TV with DTH. (Tata Sky, options limited) Beds are king-size hence can accommodate a couple and a small kid easily. They also provide a mattress which is present in the room by default. Just a word of caution is that The mattress on bee and extra provided is very very soft. Hence people with back issues or overweight may have problem. Speak with admin prior to your visit. breakfast tasty. Limited spread. Go out of The way to provide kinds with food they want. Food/a la carte Costly. Just like Pune/Bombay. Hence people can venture out in town for known eateries/khan awls! We had assumed pomfret/surmai as cheap/lesser than city but they rates were at par rather more than Pune or Bombay. A good property but on the higher side hence check prices before booking.

We stayed for 3 days at exotica by the sea, diveagar. Property was very good and near to a beach. It's about 6 kms from actual diveagar beach. They have few bicycles, carom tt though not well maintained. Rooms were clean and hygienic. Food was limited but good (we all were having only veg food. The breakfast had multiple items like poha, sheera, sabudana kichdi, tea, coffee, juice, bread butter jam and milk. The Exotica by the Sea staff was courteous and polite and they helped in preparing less spicy food for my 5 year old daughter. You can get lot of home stay and local food. For vegetarians, bap-at khanawal is a must visit. Suvarna ganesh temple is about 5 mins from property and diveagar beach is approx 12 mins. You can also go for water sports at diveagar beach. Overall it was a wonderful short vacation after a long time for our family

We had a very cozy, soothing and exciting stay at exotica by the sea. The rooms are beautiful and equipped with all the required amenities. The property amenities are very nice especially having table tennis, carom board, badminton court and cycling facilities for entertainment. The flowers and plants around the property makes life more exciting here during stay. The food is excellent, really appreciate the cook at exotica by the sea. The room service is quick and excellent with very humble staff. Overall experience was 5 star for sure. Few suggestions- the property shoud have a place with a water tap where we can wash our feet, since we come from the beach so most of the time it's all soiled and we take it inside the rooms. Also, there should be some places with benches in the outside area where one can sit for a while.

It was my second time at exotica by the sea at diveagar and stay was memorable. Rooms was neat and clean and ready when we reached (an hour before check-in time. Food was delicious, we had surmai fry, surmai curry and chapati for lunch and chinese veg manchurian, hakla noodles and fried rice for dinner. Fish preparation was five star(both curry and tawa/rava fry, whereas chinese was decent (noodles were yummy. They provided us with extra towels as and when needed and extra bedding as well. Bicycles were available inside the campus and both kids wnjoyed it along with play area and swimgs. We also visited go shala, where my younger one fed cows with hay and had a great time. Thank you exotica for great memories.

This resort actually blew my mind. It's very much maintained has a systematic architecture. It's about 3. 5 km away from the beach so no need to worry about the distance. Ambience is super awesome. It's worth that extra buck. They have lots of activities within the vicinity which also includes long tennis court, indoor cycling. Property is pretty big so even at night you can't ake a walk or go cycling within the property and enjoy the scenic view from the resort. I would definitely recommend this place to someone who is looking for a time out from city's hustle bustle.

Had a wonderful stay at blizzard resort on 25th june 2022 weekend. Summarizing my stay below. Pros : 1. Excellent room. 2. Very good management. Friendly staff and all so attentive. 3. Excellent breakfast buffet. Spread had bread butter, poori sbji, bread omlet, poha, awesome chai, sandwich, milk cereal and fruits. 4. Excellent value for money cannot get a better deal at this price range. Cons:1. Approach road to the resort is not good. 2. Mutter paneer and kaju masala ordered in lunch were so so. However, veg schezwan triple rice ordered in dinner was pretty good.

I had a 2 nights stay. Beautiful resort 5 mins walking distance from the beach, very nice rooms, great ambience, food was fine too. Very responsive staff, they went out of the way to help too. Over all good experience. Will definitely recommends it to friends and family.

Good location, nice ambience, walking distance for beach, food quality is ok, bit costly, rooms are big n spacious, clean. Property is neatly maintained. Overall value for money stay

The property was very clean and green and it was a very pleasant stay at the resort. It was a quaint stay away from the hustle bustle of the city. The live music in the evening time was a cherry on the cake.

This property is extremely good with very nice and peaceful location, choose ekant rooms with fish pond outside it. Excellent food, ambiance, landscape, indoor games. Stay here to be with yourself or spend quality time with your loved ones.

Best word to describe exotica by the sea is exotic. The experience was beautiful. Resort has best in the industry landscaping. Rooms are neat and spacious. Staff was very helpful. Special thanks to mr sanjay and one and only mr prasad kolambkar. This resort is a outcome of planning and dedication. Last but not the least; food ! it was yumm and very reasonable thank you team exotica

The Exotica by the Sea is just beside the beach. Diveagar beach is clean, flat and completely safe for kids. One of the flattest beach I have seen. My kids enjoyed all water sports they are 9 and 7 years old. I loved my stay at the resort. Food was amazing at the restaurant.

Overall atmosphere at exotica is very good, rooms are clean and maintanined. Food also very good. Location is very close to beach. Nice place to stay for 2-3 days.
