Exotica by the Sea

The resort was really really good for family. Cycles, table tennis, badminton etc. Rooms were clean too and the manager sanjay was very nice and cordial. He helped us a lot and complied to all our asks. We celebrated 2 birthdays and it's great. The cleanliness of the resort and the pool was amazing too. The only thing that can be improved as per me is the food. The food quality is not that great. They should have more variety in the menu and should also cool better. The biryani gave me acid reflux and the paneer and bread seemed stale. The resort is quite close to the beach too it takes about 7mins to reach on foot. My highlight of the resort was cycling and the lotus pond.

Stay was very good. Property’s location is good but little far from beach, i was expecting it to be very near to the beach so that i dont have to carry stuff to the beach but its okay, its just 5 mins drive because resort property is very good and very well maintained. Parking is just infront of every room so you dont have to walk till parking for your car. In house breakfast was very good and so the in house dining options. Every staff person is very polite and humble. Children play area was under construction, hoping it will be completed soon. I would suggest to just improve little more on the sanitary hardware in bathrooms other than that everything was just perfect.

Fantastic resort in diveagar miles above most other places in the town. Well maintained, individual parking right in front of the villas separately so no need to walk long distances to get to your car. In room facilities are great. Food is fantastic as well. Staff is welcoming and accommodating too!

A fantastic choice for a stay in Diveagar! The room was spacious and the property was impeccably maintained, with prompt and attentive service. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the à la carte menu offered a variety of options. Overall, it was a peaceful and memorable experience.

Location is very good. Food was also very good. The room was unclean when it was allotted to us. Also the bathroom (toilet and basin were unclean) water flow to besin, toile and bath tap was extreemly poor. After taking away the finner tray the table was not cleaned.

The location of the property was convenient. Staff was very polite and sensitive to the needs of the guests. Buffet breakfast was sumptuous though the variety was limited and ala carte food was good. Well maintained with good amenities. Ideal for a weekend getaway

The resort is nicely maintained. Rooms were clean and tidy. Although bathroom may need some fixes. They have a breakfast options which was nice. The hospitability from resort staff was also nice.

Good place for family. It is near to beach and rooms are clean. Breakfast was good. Rooms with Front yards were the best. Property is huge, clean with plants and trees all around

We all went with family. We were given a welcome drink as soon as we entered the Exotica by the Sea . The entire Exotica by the Sea was clean. The rooms were nice. The Exotica by the Sea has a lot of activities.

It's a really nice resort and close to the beach. The beach is at the end of the diveagar beach hence it is not crowded at all. Good food and good service.
