EXOTICA BEACH RESORT

It is good property with bigger room to accommodate 2 kids. Both resort and restaurant staff is very courteous and cooperative. Maintained desired level of cleanliness and hygiene. Has generator facility and any power cuts were managed instantly. Food is excellent and must say to be rated as 5- star. The only thing i disliked about the cottage parallel to beach level was that beds direction is north to south, which may not be off for everyone. If you are person like me then choose the cottage that is at higher ground level because it has east to west bed direction. Will visit this place again.

The cottage was located near to the beach. The appearance of the cottage was superb. The parking place was available in the cottage. The check in and check out was on time. The behaviour of the staff was friendly in the cottage. The room provided by the cottage was neat and clean. All amenities were available in the room. The food and drinks were available in the cottage was expensive. The activities were not available in the cottage. I had visited this cottage with my family for relaxation trip. I would not suggest anything to this cottage.

I’m simply amazed by their room service. All that we ordered was delivered in less than 15 mins and that too hot and well done. Housekeeping is a bit lacking but considering that one is in diveagar, i would pardon that. The staff was less in number but they were doing an amazing job. One recommendation- if you are travel-ling as couple opt for the elevated cottages else go for the ones at level ground as these are bigger and can accomplish 3 people. Overall, a great stay at exotica diveagar

The overall experience was very good. The garden and parking facility was available in the cottage. The room was spacious and clean. The room facility was well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was provided by the cottage. I didn't face any problem in check in and check out. I had visited this cottage for personal trip. I don't have any suggestion for this cottage. The best part of this cottage was location and food. I would recommend this cottage for upcoming travelers.

Pros: 1. The resort is located right besides the beach. 2. Food is hygienic 3. A different stay experience. The cottage style rooms are not too common in star EXOTICA BEACH RESORTs. Cons: 1. Cleanliness could have been better 2. Not recommended if you have small kids. It's mainly a couple friendly resort. 3. Since there are many trees (and insects, lightning needs to be increased; especially near the entrance of the rooms.

The WiFi facility was provided by the cottage. The activities were arranged by the cottage The behaviour of staff s was friendly in the cottage The service of the cottage was good I would suggest this cottage to improve the food.

We visited this place in last week of Jan 2020. Resort is located just near the beach which is very convenient, kids enjoy a lot. Rooms are compact and individual cottages. There is scope of improvement inside cottage like hot water is coming less due to low capacity of heater. Ambiance is cool and overall it was good vacation.

Hospitality was great. Food was yummy. An ideal place for holiday amidst nature beauty.

Location is top notch with no distance beach access, serenity all around, privacy at its best food (veg) is at its best with taste fullness, quality & quantity. Timely serving. Ambience feels very organic & comfortable. Staff members coordinated well. Suggesting to add more games for kids & check possibilities for swimming pool & sport activities

Hotel exotica hospitability was good but room / hut was average. I was staying in room c20 1)bathroom door latch was not working. Not comfortable to ladies 2) dinner food were average 3)no complimentary brake fast

It it the best property and right on the beach in diveaghar, no second thoughts, i will book again and again. Do remember to ask for cottage no. 13 and 14 always!

It was overall a pleasant stay. The cottages are small but neat. The third bed quality was not good. The mattress was okay and similar to 3 star kind of EXOTICA BEACH RESORTs. The bathroom was not that great but kind of okay. Food is a bit costly but the quality is good. Beach is just across the road but can not be seen from the cottage (at least from the cottage where we stayed). The staff is quite courteous.

Good huts, outdoor sitting, lots of trees and flowers around. The environment was full with the delicate fragrance of the flowers. The beach is easily accessible from the property. The food was tasty too. The EXOTICA BEACH RESORT staff was polite and helpful.

It was a nice and pleasant stay at exotica. Food and service was very good. Especially the staff were courteous.

This is my second visit to Exotica, it is similar to last experience only.. too good at this price. Beach is at walking distance. Rooms are clean and good ambiance.. food is extremely good 👍

Property location is its biggest selling point as it is right on the sea. Max 50 metres. Food was excellent and staff was courteous.
