Location of property was near to highway is plus point. Valet parking to reception everything was perfect and staff was good. When we reach to room according to price we spend room was not up to mark. Room was clean but bed was not comfortable, washroom was small. When we opt for buffet dinner according to price they didn't have vast spread, simple and very less menu is available, this is not acceptable from five star Express Inn The Business Luxury Hotel. Restaurant staff is happy to help but they have to attend many tables so they didn't reach to every table. Swimming pool was clean but didn't have privacy. Function decor is going on and all worker rooming around the swimming pool. Overall it is five star property but i feel like it is four star property. If you are paying this high much amount then go for other five star option and it is really better than this.

Be careful while booking. They charge you per person unlike other star Express Inn The Business Luxury Hotels. I booked mainly to use pool and swimming pool was out of service. It was not mentioned while booking or accepting pre-payment. I rate is as average, as you can get branded Express Inn The Business Luxury Hotel for this amount. I faced issues while checking in. My t promptly gave me a compensation voucher of 2500rs. It was very courteous of them and appreciate it very much. Stay was comfortable and food was good.

This was our second stay with express in. Overall we are happy with the Express Inn The Business Luxury Hotel/restaurant and hospitality. The Express Inn The Business Luxury Hotel has many rooms and different categories for the same. If they could offer covered parking. We stayed in express room and paid 7. 5k per night for the same which we feel was on higher side when compared with the amenities provided. Amazing food quality. The staff is very polite and helpful.

The room was clean roomy and comfortable. However the room was in the east wing connected to the main west wing on 2nd floor which meant quite a walk for a senior citizen. Food was good with quite a few options in the in room dining menu. Breakfast was a generous spread and all the dishes savored were tasty. The location is very convenient right besides the highway. Staff is courteous and the service is good. All in all a pleasant comfortable stay.

This was my second time at express inn. Beautiful Express Inn The Business Luxury Hotel with lovely rooms. The staff is quite polite and good. Buffet breakfast spread was large and tasty. Table tennis, snooker is chargeable. Earlier stay this was free. Hotel should making at-least table tennis free. Buffet lunch/dinner is a bit expensive. Mm t should provide option for buffet lunch/dinner at discounted rate.

I checked in late around 12 midnight with kids n wife, and 1 person at front desk was absolutely unyielding to any requests and even gave an unmade room. And someone should take this seriously, how can they give an unfinished room so after a little argument with the bell boy, they managed to upgrade and gave a better room instead so it turned out to be a good stay finally.

Location of the property is easily accessible, and infrastructure of the Express Inn The Business Luxury Hotel is good and well maintained. The only issue here is their refrigerator in the rooms as they don’t cool much and the staff deny them to change it even on request. If you can ignore this then Express Inn The Business Luxury Hotel is good choice for the travellers.

The ambiance and staff was awesome also the food and the room service was up to the mark making our stay very cosy and comfortable

The property’s location was just close to mountain view, we got a complementary upgrade to jr suite. The complementary breakfast options were less and were moderate. Must choose the stay if you wanna go to trimbakeshwar and stay outskirts of the city.

Had a pleasant stay however during buffet they should serve the eggs and dosas on table rather than waiting in the queue

Rooms are spacious, breakfast buffet has great variety, amenities are v good and its on highway makes it closer to the places we wanna visit
