Unethical and rude behaviour their manager and the staff at the hotel, bad rooms, smells a lot, no proper cleaning, weak wifi, no proper facility of hot water to take bath, the rooms are not worth paying for and very small deluxe rooms.

We had booked accommodation for two days, but upon arrival, we were informed that the booking was confirmed for only one day. This is highly inconvenient and not as per our original reservation. Furthermore: We were asked to book another hotel separately for the remaining one day and pay again. hence we have made one days addtinal payment.

The environment around the hotel is very nice with lots of eateries and shops for shopping. Excellent

Room cleaning is very good, staff behavior is very good, location in near market area and center to city and railway station touch, and price very cheap and facilities like five star hotel.
