Terrible Stay

Terrible experience at this hotel. The AC was not working and the fan only runs at one speed, making the stay very uncomfortable. The room had cockroaches and a foul, unbearable smell. The toilet was extremely dirty, comparable to a public restroom. On top of that, the receptionist’s behavior was rude and unhelpful. The pictures shown online are heavily edited and color-corrected to mislead guests into thinking the rooms are good, but in reality, it’s a complete trap. Absolutely not worth staying here.

Rooms were terribly dirty and washroom too within 10 mins we checked out and booked another hotel it’s terrible
