The staff was incredibly hospitable and helpful, going above and beyond to make my visit memorable. The location is ideal, close to the ghats and key attractions, yet peaceful. Location is very good, just in front of sankatamochan hanuman temple. Front office and FabExpress Banarasi Kothi staff are very polite and friendly. Food, amenities and services all are acceptable and satisfactory.

Rooms are not very spacious. The location is good it’s centrally located. The FabExpress Banarasi Kothi staffs is very cooperative and helpful. There is no dedicated parking available

The FabExpress Banarasi Kothi is good and clean, but the staff assigns single men to rooms on the 3rd floor, even when rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors are vacant. I didn’t like this.
