I went out I delay by my work so I couldn't make check by 11 pm. I take more 2 hours to check out they charged me more. I worked in 5 star property I never seen like this. They also not give recipt for the same.

Don't book this hotel worst experience when we enter in hotel no one is good to response you receive vibes at the same time when you reach hotel out side area is totally messed kichad n those people's who work there like all motar parts repairing not good woman can't go entire binding smells badly rooms can't stay washrooms doesn't clean bad shit and towel worst condition shilan in room and bhi sara dhul bhi hai we told to reception we want b/f at 8 clock but didn't receive at 9 i go and tell them we want than a person said lekar aate hai after 15 mint i go and tell him he told me abhi bhaiya nha rhe hai vo pese denge tb leke aayege after 20 mint he send only puri bhaji if they dont have restaurant than why they mention meal plan who know about the quality we cant say that it is a hotel it's a building only with so many dust and smells and worst amenities there no cleaning plz mmt remove this hotel on your portal

Dirty and Unhygienic

Small dirty room, with no exhaust in washroom. Infested with Cockroaches. The cupboard unit is unusable due to cockroaches and pungent smell. The washroom had vomit stains everywhere. The approach way to the rooms are also dirty and show signs of not being maintained. Small dirty rooms with no ventilation in washroom. Room walls have mysterious stains. Vomit stains in washroom. Dirty WC and wash basin. Foul smell. Infested with cockroaches.

the location is good,but out side the hotel there is so much dump hence insects are there. in bathroom, open wires along with ceiling was also leaking in bathroom. Not appropriate cleaning and insects all in the room. Furniture is also not cleaned well. There were hairs on the bed. Not done laundry properly. only good thing is staff behaviour. We stayed in Hotel FEB EXPRESS EMBASSY GRAND -NR BKC which was a very bad hotel that you suggested. The staff members were giving very bad service. We had to beg for even a small thing like a bottle of water. I will never go to such a hotel after today. And I will not contact you either. A lot of dirt around and outside the hotel. A very dirty smell inside the room too. We had to stay because of compulsion. You give suggestions in such hotels so that your name also gets bad. I will not suggest anyone to go to this hotel.

Bathroom was a mess, very unhygienic. They took more than one hour for a simple dish like egg and chapati. Bedsheets were torn. Even after saying the management said all the bedsheets and bedcovers are like this only. Can't help with it. They showed a different room online and on site the room was different.
