Unfortunately, my experience was quite average. Despite having a confirmed booking, I was denied check-in upon arrival, which was disappointing. The hotel's staff and amenities were not a part of my experience due to the check-in issue. However, I've heard mixed reviews about the hotel's services and facilities. Given the circumstances, I wouldn't rate my stay highly. Perhaps with better communication and adherence to booking policies, the hotel could improve its overall guest experience. Rating: 2.5/5 Wouldn't recommend without improvements.

the image shown is completely different from the actual one. Room and washroom were very dirty with lots of flies & mosquitoes. very difficult to adjust in such a filthy place.

Pathetic hotel it’s actually not a hotel but a kind of a hourly stay destination for unmarried couple, I’ll never recommend this for family. My experience started with the reception guy asking for extra 200 rs first mentioning about MMT’s commissions and etc etc then he asked for my Id which us printer was not able to print then he rejected check-in somehow I arranged extra photocopy then the room was dirty all dust around cigarette buds was in the room no curtain washroom was very dirty tables had food stains no water in washroom till the evening when asked they told me I’ve to wait till 7pm for everything they had an excuse room was dirty because it was on the outer market side idk how then whole night the reception guy was playing videos and reels in his phone on high volume which even u can hear from my room no privacy in this hotel a straight red flag for family travellers and even red flag for couple this was pathetic
