Very poor & not at all suitable to stay in this hotel along with family. Lift facility not available, no person available at reception counter, check-in time is too much, room, furniture is very old, bathroom door handles broken, electrical switch sockets are open, towel, paste brush not provided. Not recommended to stay.

The stay was value for money in terms of accommodation, but management was disappointing. The room lock was faulty, and the food quality was pathetic. Hygiene standards were far below expectations, making the food and beverage service completely unacceptable.

Got check-in without much hassle. Food was okay. The property felt safe and well-maintained. Beds were really comfortable and cozy. Lift and other amenities were well maintained.

Though centrally located, the rooms were peaceful and noise-free. Perfect balance of comfort and convenience.

Very pleasant stay overall. The hotel staff was courteous, and the room was well-maintained. Breakfast buffet was excellent with both local and continental options. A minor delay during check-in, but everything else was perfect.

Accommodation is good, but broken toilet seat. Uncomfortable to stay.

I had the worst experience here, the receptionist was very rude, we did not receive a proper service as well. The receptionist refused to give us the room, even though we had booked it and it was already paid in full, then he argued for an hour after that. When I called for room service, they rudely stated that we do not provide anything and the services are close this was around 8:30 pm, when asked for basic amenities like water and tissue papers, they said we provide it to foreigners only not to indians, the menu in the room was not updated as well, they charged double the price of food than what was mentioned in the menu. The cupboard provided was totally dirty. We had booked a deluxe room but after entering the room, it did not look like it was deluxe when I asked at the reception if it is deluxe they said to just pay the bill and checkout as they don't know any information. Nobody came to drop us at the room as well, we had to carry out bags and search for our rooms ourselves. It is a total waste of money. Air bnb or oyo or even a dom would have been better than this.

Choose this hotel if you just wanna have average stay rooms are good. Good only if you are paying max. Food is also very average. So do not opt for breakfast.

Room was dirty and bed sheet not clean properly and they use used badsheet. Staff was not polite and give any bath accessories like shop etc. Waste of money. They not give bill also from their side. Pathetic and worst experience. Room window not closed properly and i complaint also but they do nothing. Kindly refund my money on urgent basis.

The person at reception was very rude (the person with specks n bald) room was not properly equipped, *no lift* (it was not mentioned while booking) tv was not working. Bad management of hotel.

Worst hotel of my entire life, feeling like hotel is run by criminals and goons, no help from makemytrip.

Just five days before, i got a call from fab that at kalyan, there was some work going on, and hence, i was shifted to fab hotel shri krishna. When i reached, i was told that the payment made was not as per that venue. After some calls to fab, the same was settled. The room no 206 allocated was a habitat of cockroaches. However, i stayed for 3 days requesting them to get it sprayed with insecticides, which they did, but that had no effect. On the last day i insisted on another room. I was allocated 208, which was better than 206 but not devoid of a few cockroaches

worst experience ever. I would like to highlight few points. 1. Reception Manager was rude and does not care for customer at all. 2. No lift facility on property all though Property has more then 4 floors. 3. Rooms are durty 4. Bedsheet and pillow covers were dirty and had drains and spots every where. 5. Bathing towel and Face towels were dirty and not washed after used by other guest. 6. Room main door was jammed and even waiter had trouble opening it at first. 7. Cabinets and cupboard in the rooms had too much dust and were not in condition to be used. 8. There were too many mosquitos in hotel everywhere. 9. No parking available. 10. Board of the hotels were not visible at all. Very Hard to find hotel. 11. All though we provided Our Marriage Certificate,Manager kept looking at us suspiciously.
