Rooms were not clean, untidy mattress, untidy pillow covers. Heater not working in bathroom, Nasta quality was good. Hygiene was not there in room.

Terrible hotel with dirty rooms, cob web in room, bathroom filled with used shampoo packets, hair, uncleaned pot. It’s a terrible dirty hotel which I will not recommend any ne to stay.

Dirty bathroom

The staff is nice. But their rooms are average. Bathroom is HORRIBLE! Even a village house has better bathrooms. It was dirty, uncleaned, the wash basin’s tap wasn’t functional, and water was dripping from the above. Too bad condition.

Very dirty room and bathroom, after repetitive request for cleaning they would not cleaned it saying cleaning person not available. in bathroom cigarette butts, broken seat cover, very pathetic condition, I stayed whole day with my old friends came at late night for only sleep. But ants and bedbugs are there so not able to sleep. Check out the room with out taking my complimentary breakfast due to unhygienic condition of kitchen, hotel staff is offering only Poha , i left it. why this hotel is in recommended list. after that I see the review of other guests also. Everyone is complaining in same manner, i failed to see the review before booking it. VERY ARROGANT STAFF. TV is not working, even drinking water bottle is on chargeable basis.

Property was very dirty. Toilet was the worst part. The toilet seat was shaking. The wash basin was too small. The bedsheets were durty. Towel was dirty and had wholes in it. Bed was very uncomfortable. Service was also not good.
