Hotel property / rooms found neat and clean, though it is old most of the facilities like electrical switches, looking glass mirrors, wardrobe needs renovation/ replacement. Bathroom needs minor repairs to address leaking water. Property needs white washing. Intercom not working. Tv also stops working, due to recharge problem. Location of the FabExpress Santhi Inn - Nr. Puducherry Beach is very good, staff very co- operative and renders prompt service. Signage of the property should be more prominent, it only shows santhi inn, also in very small hoardding like name plate. Fab express is missing on that name plate. Breakfast options though only 3 ( 2 south indian and one bread omlette, but it was very tasty. Overall experience remained good.

We had a great stay. Rooms were clean. Location is also good as it is near to beach and accessible to good foodspots.The staffs were very cooperative. They were available at service anytime. It was my friend 's bday they even helped us arrange a cake at midnight. The next day though we had to checkout by 11,they allowed us to keep our luggage in the FabExpress Santhi Inn - Nr. Puducherry Beach premises safely. Overall a good stay.

Hotel located in centre of city and short diatance to reach most of the tourist spots room was maintained very clean and spacious. Placed small refrigerator and kettle. Very useful important point to mention morning breakfast prepared by chef prasad was awesome taste like home food.

very good location, near to rock beach, very near Sri Aurobindo Ashram, near to white town. It was very cost effective, The food was good but only the person was there to prepare the food he was serving, so you may need to wait for 5 mins which is reasonable at this cost.

Good location, you can avail many places easily, cost effective. You will not feel excellent, but it's worth staying there with that budget, one person was serving breakfast for us hence you may wait 5 mins for breakfast but the food was good. The room was good and clean.

Hotel locality is very convenient. Very close to rock beach (5min walk) and in middle of market. Hotel staff is very friendly and the rooms are fine. Overall i enjoyed my stay and would love to visit again.
