Pls check the booked hotel and the room given for me for your better understanding. I found these issues while onboarding. 1. Same hotel room not available, spoke with hotel team they are telling to talk , they don't have any solution, if don't want room then leave. 2. AC was not working initially 3. Room amenities like , soap towel, hot water, laundry, drinking water etc not given initially after several reminders 4. TV remote was broken 5. Toilet was broken and dirty 6. Door lock damaged 7. Breakfast additional payment done but initially they will not given the breakfast, they not i am not paid. After multiple reminders breakfast given that also not from a standard restaurant and given time is 11 :15 am Totally I faced a bad experience with this hotel, I paid for the room booking. for this and need the explanations

The one side of hotel is not operational & is old. The staff is very good without the staff this place wouldn’t run

Clean, cozy, and cost-effective—this hotel checks all the right boxes. The bed was so comfortable, I slept like a baby. The room was perfectly clean with no stains or odors, and the lighting made it feel warm and homey. The bathroom was freshly cleaned with dry floors and a well-maintained shower.

Good property near baga beach. A budget hotel which comes with comfort, cleanliness and helpful staff.

Such a pleasant stay at this budget-friendly hotel. I was looking for a no-frills place and got much more. The room was neat, the bed was comfortable, and I slept really well. Front desk staff were professional and polite. For the price, this was an incredible deal. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect for a short trip! The room was tidy, the linens were fresh, and I got a great night’s sleep. The hotel staff were courteous and check-in/check-out was smooth. Excellent location near public transport. Will be back for sure—couldn’t ask for more at this price point.

Room place is not good and and quality and staff member are not behaving properly bathroom there is no any hook or any thing to hang the clothes and the property it’s saying sharing parking but they are taking the charges breakfast complimentary is Bakwass they are gibbing only 2 types of breakfast and the tea is giving in plastic cups

Hospitality very poor.

1. He is the guy who’s on duty. I asked for mineral water bottle. This guy told me sir it is not available i have to got o market to buy it. Nobody come to my room for cleaning for 5 day. Nobody come to my room for towels changing. I have not got the facility of swimming pool and breakfast. A am not happy with fab hotel service. Call me on this number. I want my refund

Worst experience! there were ants and insects.

the reception staff at the hotel is co-operative.the a/c was off most of the time due to shortage of battery backup.the bedsheets were not clean. would love to book again if above issue's solved.

Nothing was proper even after delay in check in. Bathroom was not proper, no place to hang your towel, or to keep soaps. . Even during bath water supply went off. On top of that in midnight ac and fan went off. It took 4 hrs to them to get it repaired. We didn't sleep whole night because of this. One of the worst stay of my life

as per charged price of room per night ....room size was not satisfactory...🙁. no, but this cost of hotel was bit high ....
