Room condition is pathetic, damped, damaged furniture, water seepage in washroom. Checked out after one night. No refund by Hotel No help from Make my trip, spoiled my vacation. i feel cheated

This hotel exceeded my expectations. From check-in to check-out, the service was impeccable. I loved the little touches like complimentary water and toiletries. The fitness center and pool were a great bonus too!

Room is normal rang quality very poor and room Heater not provided totally it's normal hotel one in stay its not regularly

Worst experience ever! Dirty rooms, flies and mosquitoes all around. Stay away from this hotel. checked out within 2 hours of checkin for 3 days booking. No resolution no alternate provided

it is very horrible experience. though we booked and paid in advance but didn't checkin as there were earthworms, insects etc in the bathroom . there was lot of seepage on walls and some stinking smell in the room. the Bedsheets blankets had stains. after seeing all we couldn't dare to check-in and requested MMT to cancel our booking.

FabExpress Wenlock Homes - This is a fantastic hotel. My room was very comfortable. The hotel is convenient to the central area Ooty as well as to the train station. I only wish I could have stayed longer than just one night. Quiet, clean, so friendly and flexible staff :) Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts.

Clean hotel managed by trained assistants. Fab hotels did a great job. Served well. people working there was so helpful.

The road leading to the resort from the main road is very steep. Breakfast was tasty. Amenities and services were basic.

My stay here was delightful... Property location is a plus one! Also to mention.. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Overall the hotel offers you delicious food. Perfect location. And comfortable stay. 😁👍🏻

Excellent hospitality, food and hygiene excellent. Rooms are not as good in pictures as construction is bit old but overall very decent with all the necessary amenities
