Hotel displayed in profile has different from original. Food arrangements were not satisfied for us and other guests also. in restaurant at 8.45am itself,the availability of food was not maintained. Everything was empty. we were waiting upro thy prepare the food. choice of room to be improve. we choosen premium room.they gave under ground room without window. which choosing room., it should be displayed as such. Property location and cleanliness is good eith spacious room and bathrooms. But there is no room boys available for room service only reception boy is there. Car parking is small with limited space and located in a deep steep road 200m from hotel. Otherwise nice stay and value for money.

Rooms shown in pics and hotel are different. Maintenance is very bad and breakfast provided was only limited. Worst hotel, not yet all preferred. Worst zero start hotel.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent stay at this hotel was far below expectations. From the moment I walked into the room, I was greeted by a musty odor that lingered throughout my stay. The carpets looked stained and hadn’t been vacuumed properly—there was visible dust and even crumbs near the bed. The bathroom was even worse. There was mold in the shower grout, and the sink had hair in it, clearly not cleaned between guests. Towels had a damp, sour smell and didn’t feel fresh at all. The bed linens were wrinkled and looked like they’d been hastily thrown on, and I even found a small stain on one of the pillowcases. It’s clear that the housekeeping standards are seriously lacking here. Hygiene should be a top priority, especially in a hotel setting, and this room did not meet even basic expectations. I brought my concerns to the front desk, but the response was indifferent at best. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who values cleanliness or comfort.

familymy stay at this hotel was the worst in my life. Notl good rooms. No cleanliness. we were given used bed sheets and pillows. bathrooms were leaking and not clean. Not given towel, soap etc.. when complaint they responded very rudely and said can't provide all. No parking available in this property. You have to park on the road. Really bad restaurant. No hygiene . If you need a bad stay go for it

I have stay here with my family on 31 aug-1 sep 2024. points to be noted *while booking room it is mentioned room service is available but when checked with reception no room service they providing. *toilet sanitiries provide was a medimix soap.same thing which we get in 500 rs lodge. *when I asked for plates they are telling they will not provide it i have go and ask in restaurant.when asked in restaurant they told you bought food from outside that why we wont provide. cheap character shown.then I have to fight with them. *in morning they told breakfast will start from 8.30 and when reached there at 8.45 tea is not there , Vada is not there , sambhar is not there ..only idli chamadhi and kesari and pulav was available.they told to wait. and if we take food (like 2 vadas) no sense people saying you can't take 2 .we have a contract with hotel people. you can eat only for 90 rs only..such a cheap character by fav hotels . I would say it is 1 star hotel. please owner and fab hotels look into this property and review it accordingly

Rooms is good, but hot water not available due to continuously power cut, there are no room service if you want tea, food like lunch dinner, so you have to bring your self. Staff not available. Mr. Nagendran is very helpful person. Food quality also avarage.
