Stay was very poor. Airconditioned room was booked by me. But the AC was not at all working. I told this to Hotel staff on arrival in morning. But upto night at 10.30pm no action is done. At 10.30pm when we went to sleep the Hotel insisted me to shift to Another room which was vacant since morning. At that time it was impossible as we Already gone to bed. The room also was not clean on arrival. The drinking water which was provided to us in evening was of tap water ( this information was given by staff only). The breakfast quality was not good. The sambar provided with idali was very bad. In bathroom the liquid soap dispenser was not Working. Bedsheets were not clean properly. Oil stains were there on bedsheets. Have some pholo of the same as follows

Requested for early check-in. Despite of Rooms availability, they made me to wait till 11 AM. Room was dirty and Bad Smelling. Requested for Room Spray. They Don't have. Bathroom Taps were Leaking and the Room was very small. TV was not working. No proper window screens. They got complementary Breakfast from other hotels in plastic cover. Tea is also expensive. Whatever we ask for it is chargeable.

The location was good easy approach from station. The room inner services was good. But lock system of room & toilet was typical. While using toilet the lock system locked me inside the toilet. Luckily my companion helped me to open the toilet door. Many calls given to reception, but there was no reply from the reception
