Good hotel with basic amenities

We chose this hotel owing to proximity of our relatives place whom we came to visit parking- needs to be done outside the premises. Reception- basic and check in was quick. Room- basic room. The room was clean and tidy. There was no drinking water but the attendant gave us filter water from the common filter located on the ground floor. The tv remote was not working and the attendant tried to fix it but couldn’t. We anyways were dead tired from our trip so let go of the tv. There is no in house dining but swiggy and zomato delivery is better. Ramoji sham-mi pohawale is on walking distance and so is purshottam supermarket. It is best to avoid paying for breakfast as lot of options are available outside. One concern is that the hotel is supposed to be non smoking yet guest on our floor was smoking. The management should penalise such guest. Overall a good stay for us.

First of all, the change hotel at the last minute was highly unprofessional & unethical. Secondly place that was allocated was disgusting & and miserable. had to stay there for a night as we had no choice, thanks to your shifting at last minute. We don't think we will ever recommend Fab Hotel chain as this was the worst experience of our life. Thank you. 🙏

Worst stay in my entire lifetime.

Worst stay. Spoilt the entire business tour. Had to move out at midnight to other property. Unhygiene. No drinking water. No power supply. Mosquitoes everywhere. Un-locatable address. Least bothered staffs i am putting it up on consumer forum portal just get my refund! i guess this info is enough to decide whtr to opt for this property.
