Staff there was good , according to the price room was quite too small , washroom was congested, toilet seat was broken , no hot water from geyser low maintenance

Poor Stay

The check in process was quite fast ,but non of the listed amenities were provided.We had to ask for water and were given a jug of water , The 2nd time we requested for water took ages to come ,no toiletries.There was no breakfast included either .When we told them that it was in our inclusions,he just said they do not provide breakfast anymore.Very disappointed as there was a lot of noise around The check in process was quite fast ,but non of the listed amenities were provided.We had to ask for water and were given a jug of water , The 2nd time we requested for water took ages to come ,no toiletries.There was no breakfast included either .When we told them that it was in our inclusions,he just said they do not provide breakfast anymore.Very disappointed as there was a lot of noise around.

Hygiene issues

Room dirty. Dustbin already was full because of last visit. In window cigarette filters were there. Bedsheet, pillow cover and blanket everything was dirty. 1
