The rooms were filthy, there were holes in the ceiling and the beddings had cigarette burns. The staff did not seem to care about any of these, the quality needs a major overhaul.

Firstly, I noticed that the hotel doesn't provide complimentary water, at least not a basic bottle, for its guests. This is a fundamental amenity that many guests expect and appreciate. Additionally, the breakfast timings start at 8:30 AM, which might be a bit restrictive for some visitors who have early meetings or assignments. Given that visitors often have important work to attend to, it would be beneficial to consider extending the breakfast timings or providing more flexibility. It's often the small touches, like complimentary water and convenient meal timings, that leave a lasting impression on guests. Room is the same shown in the images. Food is good, available at the rooftop. Room is average. Limited parking space. The location is close to patrika gate and toran dwa. Basic toiletries missing. Toilet seat cover broken. Spider webs on the corners.

The room service was extremely pathetic I would say. I ordered food and 11:50 pm . I was told it'll be served in 15 mins, it reached to me at 1:30 am after I went to reception to escalate. apart from this, for just getting water bottles, they didn't provide it for 30 mins. Location is fine , even after online booking they gave the room to someone else , then after i reached the hotel at 10 pm luckily someone checked out of the hotel room then they cleaned it and asked me to wait outside room for 15-20 mins There was no towel provided me even after asking for it , they said its laundering issue , then in morning no body picked up my call as i wanted to get gyser checked as it was not working and i wanted hot water as it was raining outside and the water was cold , then at the time of breakfast they just told me i can order 1 thing , i ordered sandwich and tea , after 25 mins i got cold tea , and very bad tasting sandwich .
