It was a very bad experience for me and my family. Their room is very different from the photos. Very bad smells are in the room. Toilets are not clenaed. Their staff behavior was very horrible.

The cleanliness was poor, no hot as promised, too extra charge for early check in even though itvwas mentioned free in MMT. The linen were not really clean too.

I had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay. * The AC was not working properly — even when set to 16°C, it was not cooling the full room. * While booking, the room was shown as having a bathtub attached, but at check-in, the staff refused to provide it unless I paid an extra ₹1000. They only gave me a room **without a bathtub**. * The bathroom heater was also not working. * In the morning, water flow was extremely slow — it took almost 20 minutes just to fill one bucket. This was a terrible experience compared to my previous stays at the same property, which were good. If the bathtub-attached room is not included in the price, it should not be shown

It was a disgusting hotel. Not at all like its pictures. There was cockroaches and spiders and other bugs everywhere, mold on the wall and a musty smell in the room. We immediately ask for check out and left. We have lodged complaints to get refunded since we didn’t even stay it was such a horrifying experience. They didn’t even do the check out processes they kept taking us to other rooms on other floors saying these are new it’ll be better but it was so bad. 3rd, 4th and 5th floor rooms were all in such poor conditions. Please do not come here. they said they need to wait for hotel to agree but obviously the hotel will not agree to thier wrong doing and poor conditions.

Don’t believe the photos and get struck. They won’t provide any facilities shown in the website. Simply they will say it’s a glitch. No AC. The floor is oily and cause accidents. Bed and sofa are good. Toiletries are provided. Washroom is bad.

They allotted the room where the door doesn’t lock. Owner convinced to take the room despite me raising security concern. I had to request couple of times before he allocated another room. Room was sticky and average maintenance
