NOT A HOTEL, IT'S A HOMESTAY WITHOUT ANY STANDARDS OF HOSPITALITY

This property has lot of issues: 1. Its running on an older name, google location is perfect but you will not find any name board etc to identify the property. 2. The room was part of a 3BHK flat, actually shall be termed as home stay not a hotel. 3. No housekeeping done in my 2 night stay have to call them several times by getting down 1 floor as no intercom was available. 4. No visitors are allowed even for 1 minute, this is the worst thing I have ever faced in my 20 years stay in different hotels across the country. One friend came to drop me in night and a staff followed us to room asking him rudely to leave the room. The friend's stay was not even 5 minutes in the room. They said you need to talk or meet in the reception area of ground floor which doesn't have a fan! Not alloaance of visitors is no where mentioned in the MMT nor fabhotel websites. even the same was confirmed over call the fabhotel executives. 5. Complimentary breakfast: One of the staff members brought 4 piece of some local snacks procured from nearby roadside stall in polythene. I checked out of the property at around 0930PM, one night before my scheduled checkout with a very bad experience.
