I stayed at FabHotel Elite Inn and had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff. My booking clearly mentioned a 12:00 PM check-in time on MakeMyTrip, but I received the room key only around 12:40 PM. A small delay of 5–10 minutes is understandable, but 40 minutes is not acceptable. When I politely asked about the delay, the receptionist responded very rudely, saying that rooms would be given only when available, regardless of the mentioned check-in time. This kind of attitude is very unprofessional. If checkout time must be followed strictly, then the same should apply to check-in as well. The room and hotel were excellent clean and comfortable but staff behavior completely ruined the experience. I would not recommend this hotel until the management improves their staffs attitude and professionalism.

The room was quite small. Although the location is excellent, the entrance to the hotel is from the back side, and the hotel name is not properly displayed, which made it difficult to find. The receptionist’s behavior was rude and unprofessional. There was a foul smell in the room and near the basement entrance. There is no restaurant on the premises breakfast is ordered from a nearby local hotel with very limited options.

Room was not as expected.Check-in was smooth but the room was not as good as it looked online.It looked very big in MakeMyTrip App but in reality it was not.

Room was not neat. Washroom was not cleaned properly even for the second time. No water. No towel provided when asked for towel got answer that they provide. Very poor customer service

Very neat and clean But no room service for food or tea/coffee, no hotel kitchen Need to order everything from outside, but nevertheless their staff is very polite

The hotel was good but service not getting. they do not provide breakfast to me. even a single day after I paid for that.

Service is very poor. No way to communicate except to call on the mobile number to order or to get anything from reception. Water was not available because of faulty motor. Only 1 bucket of water provided that too after waiting for an hour.
