Very poor experience. The room had cockroaches and damp walls, no proper cleaning, balcony full of cigarette butts and dust. Drinking glasses were not provided, service was extremely slow, and they refused to take food orders even at 9:30 PM. On top of that, the manager’s behavior was rude.

Poor Stay

I had a very poor experience during my 2-day stay at Emoji Hotel. On arrival, I was told that only one room was available, and to my shock, it was in a terrible condition. The walls were stained, even with paan spit, and a spider was crawling around trying to settle in. There were no keys to the room, and when I asked, the receptionist simply smiled and said the keys had been lost. The bedsheets were torn and looked very unhygienic. Overall, the entire stay was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. In my opinion, people should avoid staying at this property. It is neither maintained properly nor does it provide even the basic standards of cleanliness and hospitality expected from a hotel.

the rooms were not up to the mark. it did not match the pictures. the balcony was full of pigeon poop and dust. it was really dirty. the room had baby cockroaches as well. I was not satisfied with my stay.

nice budget hotel with friendlier staff

Based on my requirement for sec 32 , this is clean and good budget hotel. Friendlier staff , especially Mr. Rabindra ( front deak manager). Size is also good , room sheets and curtains also clean, especially bathroom, neat and clean . Two things to be noted 1. Breakfast is served in room with one item and tea/ cofee, rest can be ordered on chargeable basis. 2. It doesnot have in room tea maker or hot water kettle. They have their own kitchen and food is at nice level .
