I recently had the pleasure of staying at Fabhotel ESS Paradise in Coimbatore, and I must say it was an overall fantastic experience. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, and a well-functioning AC. The overall ambiance of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing, and I felt safe and secure throughout my stay. The Wi-Fi connection was strong, and I appreciated the ample parking space available for guests. Terrible service.really disappointed.we did booked for Ac tripple suit room & they forced as to take deluxe base room with extra mattress .they told as it was given to someone else.we did call fab customer care and they asked to send mail to feedback with photos of given room.after sending mail their was no response except a computer generated acknowledgment mail. Hopeless service from both hotel staff and customer care. Room was really bad as they mislead as saying what they had given is a suit room. Very congested unclean room.they should understand that we have common sense to understand the difference between base room & suit room (for example difference in room size ) Horrible experience & will not recommend to others.

Worst rooms. Unclean. Cigarette smell in the room. Blankets were unclean. Receptionist created unnecessary issue regarding id. Wouldn't recommend.

The room was full of foul smell, leakage of water droplets near the bed, no light in the bathroom, needs to maintain

The cost for non a/c rooms are high, not worth which is of 1450 including gst. Should be revised as it is worth for a/c rooms. Bed sheets & towels needs to be changed every day without request of the customer.

Location is good. Everything is available around the hotel. Always had morning tea/coffee, breakfast, dinner outside. Managers were good and co-operative. One room boy collected laundry at morning but forgot to handover to laundry person. I could get it back in unwashed condition just before checking out. Housekeeping ladies workers who i saw first time while checking out were demanding money as tip. That's bad

Neat and clean room, budget friendly super comfortable room. Parking also available. Near by bus stand & tea shop. Ooty near by 87km one day trip you can try this.

It was a good stay and i’m on business trip. Now trying to book for another trip. Positively by today itself i am trying to book my next stay.

Room is decent but the price is high considering the facilities and their behaviour to customer is not good. Overall the stay was below average experience.
