First of all hotel has 2 more name. Check- in experince was very bad. The room was not cleaned . Not TV in the room.Not served water bottle also.The arrogant receptionist lady of no use.She doesnt know the meaning of customer service.They have not cleaned the room on second hand also when i came back to hotel.

Horrible experience- despite several calls on each service they didn’t provide - no hygiene - in 2 ‘night stay they don’t even clean the room despite asking for continuous service for cleaning - rooms smell like hell

I didn’t have a good experience during my stay. The room had no door mat, and the shower was not working. The hotel advertised a 24×7 geyser facility, but it wasn’t available — they provided hot water in buckets instead. Breakfast had no variety or options, and even after reminding the staff multiple times, the room was never cleaned. Overall, very disappointing service. I will never come back to this place.

It was a terrible experience. Rooms were so dirty and the condition of the washroom was pathetic.. evrywhere there were stains of spitting.. bed room walls, bedsheets, towels were so dirty that one would never want to use that even for wiping the feet. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. If there is negative rating then i would give that only
