I am writing to inform you that the room we were allotted was in extremely poor condition. The room was very dirty, the walls had cracks and stains, and the washroom was also in a very bad state. This was quite disappointing and not up to the expected standards.

i reached the hotel and asked the staff to show me a room as a regular guest. they showed me a room on the ground floor. however, when i showed them my booking confirmation, their behaviour changed immediately. the bedsheet was dirty, there was no towel, and none of the basic amenities a room should have were provided. i had to request basic items such as a towel, bedsheet, and pillow. the room appeared as though someone had just used it—it was not properly cleaned. essentially, i was given a used room.. additionally, there was no water provided in my room. i had to go downstairs and request a bottle of water from the staff. while the lower staff was courteous and cooperative, the reception staff and management were rude. . this one was the worst experience. i do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel again.

During my recent stay at the property, i found the overall experience disappointing and not up to the mark for the price charged. Here's a detailed review of various aspects of my stay: 1. Location the property's location was decent and relatively accessible, but it did not stand out as a key highlight. While the surroundings were okay, there wasn't anything particularly noteworthy or convenient to make it a prime choice. 2. Food the food quality was average at best. Although it was not entirely disappointing, it lacked the finesse and flavor one would expect from a property in this price range. Additionally, the limited variety and delay in service added to the dissatisfaction. 3. Amenities the amenities provided fell short of expectations. While a kettle was available in the room, there were no tea bags or complementary items to make use of it. Such basic amenities should not be overlooked, especially in a property that aims to cater to guest comfort. 4. Services the service quality was subpar. The staff appeared unresponsive and did not address issues promptly. This significantly impacted the overall experience and made it feel like the property lacked attention to detail and guest satisfaction. 5. Bathroom the condition of the bathroom was below standard. It did not appear properly maintained or cleaned, which was a major letdown. Such negligence in hygiene is unacceptable. 6. Towels and linen the quality of towels provided was disappointing. They felt rough and overused, far from the plush, fresh feel one anticipates during a stay. Value for money overall, the property did not provide value for money. The shortcomings in service, amenities, and hygiene made it feel overpriced and underwhelming. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve the overall guest experience. Until significant improvements are made, i would not recommend this property to others.
