Worst experience. Had booked a hotel which seemed good in makemytrip but in person looked very shabby. Rooms were not available and the receptionist asked us to get out. Poor customer service. We had to call the customer care and the support executive was not helpful and booked us a even more shabby place.

The experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The location is completely misleading – though the address mentions it’s near Nesco, it’s actually situated at Bangur Nagar, Goregaon West. The entrance was through a blue tarpaulin gate, which doesn’t even look like a hotel. In terms of amenities, there was almost nothing provided except a dental kit. Bottled water and glasses for drinking water were missing, towels were not changed, and the water bottle was never replaced. There was no hot water kettle or tea/coffee-making provisions in the room, and ordering a cup of tea cost ₹30, which felt overpriced. The cleanliness was unacceptable. The room had mosquitoes, and I even found a dead cockroach. When I complained, the only response I got was whether they should spray HIT. The first room allotted to me was extremely small, and only after complaining was I shifted to another. Overall, a very poor experience and not worth the stay.

This hotel is operated in under-construction building,. No water bottle, TV not working. AC remote not working, no hand wash, no moisturizer, no pest, no brush, they don't have resturant, even they don't have proper reception, this is horrible and scared stay..

The location doesn't have any identity as mentioned in the booking. I couldn't identify the property even when I was standing in front of the property. The contact number shared in the booking was a board number where I had to call multiple times to reach them and then I got the actual property contact number. More than 20 minutes I was standing on the road with my luggage. Bad experience to identify the property. The room service team was not polite and not timely response.

The person Omkar at the reception is the worst person I have seen in a hospitality business, he will ensure that the guests will suffer, even if this property have the rooms available he will ensure that you will have it at checkin time only, and keep you waiting, His words “ I will not give you room even 5 minutes before the check in time” I had another guest customer who had issues with his stay and I offered him to stay along with me, he took additional 700 Rs from customer, but did not gave any receipts, so he is cheating the hotel owner, I had clear discussion with Omkar before leaving the premises that I will be leaving and my customer would stay one night at the hotel and will have not to pay anything he agreed to me when I was leaving, but he denied customer later on at his arrival and asked another 700 Rs from customer and dis not provided receipt, had to hussle alot to get things done but not at all satisfied with the hotel. this needs to be checked by makemy trip.
