dirty smell in the room staff not good behaviour. tea coffee service are not available.So many times I ask to provide water bottle tea bag coffee and sugar back.Even they not clean the room.I will not stay next time and not even the advice to anyone.

it was average: the location is at the right place to acess main area of hitech city and Madhapura. the staff is little arrogant and they charge 500 extra of your walkin is within 12am. you can negotiate. per day tariff . incase if you have some offer and get it booked on make my trip app.. the hotel staff will collect the balance amount.. you can't argue they will fight back like call to customer care bla bla. over all a decent place to stay.

The location of the hotel is convenient for accessing the main areas of Hitech City and Madhapur. The staff, however, can be a bit arrogant. They charged me an extra ₹500 for a walk-in check-in before 12 AM, though negotiation is possible. If you book through the MakeMyTrip app with an offer, the hotel staff may still ask for a balance payment, and they can be quite firm if you question it, even threatening to involve customer care. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay if you prioritize location over service.

Walking distance to everything downtown. Beautiful rooms, great ambiance in the hotel dining room and bar. We didn’t eat so I can’t rate the food, although others looked like they were enjoying it! We will come again!
